Vintage Square Apartments

This place was my fiancé and my first apartment. I honestly thank Norma and Vivian for giving us a chance to be tenants here. Very clean apartment complex. Didn't have to deal with no pests at all. Everyone keeps to themselves pretty much and we were ok with that. Good decent space especially for the 2 bedroom that we had. We were happy to call this place home even if it was for a short time. I want to personally thank Norma and Vivian again for everything. Thank you ladies for making our first apartment an amazing experience! Keep up the good work.

Gate hasn't been fixed for the longest. There are cars coming in day and night freely and I'm certain majorityOf them don't even live here, but take all the tenants parking spots. That certainly defeats the purpose of having a parking permit don't you say? The pool area is also open to all hoodlums from outside that jump in the fence. Ive never my laundry here like the machine accepts only quarters. No cash or card! Like who carries change all the time? The Large birds or ducks that live on the trees are a constant nuisance always taking squats on cars. Im just glad we moved out. The rent was affordable but living conditions were not pleasant.

Just a heads up I moved out especially because of the roach infestation... good luck

I suggest not living here. The reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the management is inefficient, careless, and unorganized. I lived there for a year and was thankful I was able to move out. Management seems nice but they won't go through with any promises. They told us the gate was going to be fixed because so many homeless and sketchy people walk around the premises during the day and at night. So we felt VERY unsafe just walking to our car or to take out the trash. Also, the contract says a smoke free environment but NOT true. Our apartment would fill up with smoke on a daily basis and management never did anything about it.Also, rent just increased a ridiculous amount and also increases every 6 months without even warning us when first moving in. So the price is definitely NOT worth it. One last thing, it's a fight to find parking. Even with parking passes it's still horrible finding a spot without having to park on the street where cars get broken into.This is just our experience that we went through there but I've heard several similar options and experiences there as well. So just keep these factors into mind.

Giving one star for maintenance and the office ladies. Ok so I lived there for a while and I moved out. I still have multiple friends who live here and I wanted to make an HONEST review of this property because I feel like it can be so much better if the owners actually put some effort. The owners of this property are inconsiderate of the conditions they have residents living in. It's not terrible but could be so much better if they took accountability for the property issues. All we ever get is their email and they never reply if you need to reach them. this is a nice property but they only care about our money and don't want to do anything for us in return. The lady up at the main office is really kind and upfront. They really try to fix any issues or relay them to the manager, Vivian but I can tell they get held up by the owners or it's out of their hands because nothing gets done. Again, all they do is give us an email and tell us they do what they can and the owners to our surprise never respond. Some issues that affected us the most were parking, the birds and the gate. The area is not that bad but because we're not gated, the homeless people always come in and make a mess. They sleep in the laundry room and even on the grass areas. Mind you EVERY property near vintage is gated. The birds are such an issue too, they make a mess and live all on the trees. According to my friend who still lives there, the birds are back again this year and all they did was trim some branches like if it would help! . It doesn't! They told the residents still there that the trees would be gone. I'm surprised no one has called the health department and I'll gladly call every week if I have to! The owners also promised to give assigned parking last year and they never said anything again, they think we forgot but when it comes rent, they want it ON TIME! God forbid you pay on the 3rd because the harass you everyday for rent to the point where you just block their messages. Oh and they charge for parking too!! It's too bad the owners don't care about how great this property could be or else they'd always have this place full. They should let Vivian and norma run it. Those little parties they do are great for all neighbors to know each other. If only all the things they say would actually get done. Anyone living there can tell you that this is true and if people stay there it's because that is all they can afford. They also bug you to post reviews so here you go ladies.

These apartments are OVERPRICED & OUTDATED.. They take forever to respond to work orders. The gate is never locked. They raise the rent approximately EVERY 6 months. Every time I go into the office there's a new person working there. They ROB you your Security Deposit... Did I forget to mention the bird feces all over , garbage in the common areas... Dumpster divers in the nights. Just bad all around!!!!

pretty much seems like management is prejudice they make big deal towards parking in spaces that are vacant while other non black residents occupy multiple parking spaces.they expect children to be stuck in the apartment rather than play outside very petty towards some people.Laundry machines are very poor and clothes never dry off of one cycle.Filters often do not work on pools, and they leave them filthy for weeks.

The complex is not as bad as others may have you believe.First the Highlights* the neighbors we had were great, we never had problems or altercations with anyone, even when we had a get together and were loud into the night.*the location is close to many shopping and eating facilities.*the maintenance team was always on it when we made an appointment, they came through and were attentive to the problemThe Cons*Do to the lack of a Gate we found many dumpster divers throughout the day, and people from other apartment complexes would come into our pool and it would always be to packed.*The guest parking policy is ridiculous, there is no parking pass for guest and they will tow any car in the middle of the night so that the towing company can charge you over $300.00. It happened to me twice with a rental and a family member that had to spend the night. When I asked the staff about it, they stated it was not their problem and we had to deal directly with the towing company.*There is no central heating, No securityOverall, our stay was not that bad. But once our rent went over $1,200.00 I didn't think it was worth the money considering there is no Gate, Security, Nasty Pool, and it doesn't help that now there are going to assign parking and not give out Guest passWould I recommend this place...yes...after I finished recommending 3 other properties.

DONT RENT HERE SUPER GHETTO! & THEY HAVE A ROACH Problem... it seemed nice at first but it's all a fraud !!!' They robbed me of my cleaning deposit!!!!!!!! Paid $1,700 double deposit they only gave me $400 back ... currently filing a lawsuit against the property... the mold accumulation in the rest room sent me to the hospital!!!! DONT RENT HERE !!!

This is a good complex to get started in. For the most part it's pretty quiet. Everyone stays to themselves. There is parking on the complex but if you have a guest come over they can't park in the complex and the walk from the street to the back of the complex is kinda long. There's only a couple of things I wish they can improve on. They have to have a gate because the homeless go through the dumpsters and they leave it messy. The office staff is hard to get a hold of.
