Wonderful bouquets for my niece's bridal shower. Reasonably priced, was able to pick up the same day & the flowers held up well over multiple days. I visit Lodi a few times a year, I plan to order flowers from them again.

I know this place has had some pretty rough reviews but I gotta say...they really showed up for me!I called in the late afternoon, when no one else would do same day delivery, and delivered a lovely bouquet for my mother-in-law who had been hospitalized.Bouquet was amazing and the flowers really cheered her up!

Beware when ordering flowers from here, recently ordered flowers from them on May 10th through their online system before they're same day delivery cutoff time, i received confirmation email stating they would be delivered on MAY 10th as i needed them delivered on that specific date. The flowers never showed! The next day May 11th the flower showed up .... 1 day late. No delivery notification as they claim on the email, no phone call nothing. Really shitty management. Have no complaints about the flowers themselves but how they handle business is a shit show.

I wish there was an option for negative stars as this business deserves nothing more than negative reviews. Very unprofessional and beyond rude.An order was placed for a beautiful premium bouquet of flowers posted on Village Flowers website at a cost of $105.95 + taxes and delivery totaling $142.28. Upon delivery it was beyond disappointing to find that the bouquet was nothing close to what was ordered. I immediately called them and explained to the man who answered the phone and offered to send a photo of what was received, this was done within 2 minutes of receiving the delivery. He provided an email address to which I sent the photo and he said he would call me right back after reviewing the photo and speaking to the floral design people. I never received a call back and 45 minutes later I called numerous times before a female finally answered the phone. I explained the situation to her at which time she accused me and/or the receptionist of stealing flowers out of the bouquet and demanded that I send her a photo of the bouquet delivered. I tried to tell her numerous times that I did that and there was no other photo I could provide. She was yelling at me that we had stolen the flowers out of the bouquet, and I finally told her that I was going to return them to their shop after I got off work which would be around 4pm. She then yelled at me that she was going to call the police on me and file charges for theft and hung up on me. I immediately filed a complaint with PayPal as I use that as my preferred payment when purchasing from a new business for protection explaining the complete details and photos of what was ordered and what was received. After work I did as I told them and returned the bouquet to the shop. There was a man at the counter that was not rude but cordial to me and I also took a photo of the bouquet on their counter as proof that it was returned. He then told me that he knew there were roses in the bouquet as he created the bouquet himself, (not like he told me previously on the phone that it was the floral design people), no big deal. Unlike the female, who I was later told is his wife, he was not rude in any way. It is beyond me to believe that someone would accuse me of removing flowers from a bouquet then calling to complain about it within 2 minutes of receipt. Also, the video footage of the delivery was reviewed in my office, and it clearly shows the bouquet delivered was as it was received, no missing flowers on my side. I did take screen shots after zooming in on the footage and provided those to the man, but they were very fuzzy but clearly did show only yellow flowers in the bouquet. After all of this went down, I spoke to a co-worker who had the exact situation happen to her from this same business. She sent them an email with photos of what she had order from their website and what was actually delivered. Nothing close and they never responded to her. In reading their reviews, which I should have done prior to dealing with a business for the first time, they have a reputation for doing this to others as well. The investigation with PayPal is still ongoing so the issue has not been resolved yet. I have included photos of the beautiful bouquet I was expecting to receive and the actual pathetic bouquet that was delivered.UPDATE: PayPal ruled in my favor and a full refund was received.

I ordered flowers for my mom for next day delivery for the Saturday before Mother's Day. Though there was no picture, it said it would be the best blooms. I looked at their other arrangements and thought for this occasion it would be pretty pastels or neutral colors, however what they delivered was a very autumn looking bouquet with oranges, browns and rust colored florals that didn't smell pleasant. By the third day, my mom had to toss the entire bouquet because it smelled so bad. Very disappointed using this florist.

I've received flower arrangements from Village Flowers on several occasions, and I have to say that I've never been disappointed. On the contrary...always BEAUTIFUL! This valentines arrangement is exactly what was requested....not to mention the pack of M&Ms!Thank you...I love it once again!!

Wouldn't choose another place to shop flowers and celebrations arrangements from. Not only is Donald the owner a great person he makes the best recommendations for whatever event you're looking to buy an arrangement for. He has never steered us wrong. Don't go anywhere else get all your arrangement and flowers here.
