Vega's Catering

Gil Vega and his team catered my company's Holiday Party tonite and all of my employees said it was the best one yet because of the FOOD!!!!!!! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but Gil and his staff were kind, friendly, and professional! Can't wait to use them again! If anyone needs a caterer- use Vega's Catering!

Gil impressed us from the beginning with his food tasting event. Gil had different types of foods, appetizers, and desserts available for us to try along with other potential clients that day. The food was warm, fresh and delicious. So my wife and I decided to hire Gil.Gil was easy to talk with and helped us with the process. We were able to select all the foods and drinks we wanted at a very reasonable price.On the wedding day, Gil and his staff arrived early and were ready to get started. The staff set up all the plates and utensils and even placed the napkins into the glasses. The buffet set up was beautifully decorated to my wife's liking. It was simple, elegant and classy and matched well with our wedding theme. All the food was hot and served to all the guests. Servers also walked around during cocktail hour passing out appetizers. One of the servers manned the bar. Overall, our experience with Gil was great. Gil's very experienced and knows what he and his staff are doing. He reassured my wife that everything was going to be great.

We used their services for my wedding. My wedding was on the big side, 400 people. We went to their tasting and the food was just as good as in our wedding. Their price was reasonable. Now the reason why I'm not giving them 5 is because of their service to us, the bride and groom. My husband that to literally take our plates to the kitchen even though we hired enough servers based on the amount of guests. They never came to check on us. Also, when we signed the contract they did not have their own dinnerware and glassware therefore we rented that though another company. Gil (the owner) promised us that his workers would clean the dishes. A month or so before the wedding he bought his own dinnerware and glassware. The price he was offering was more than the company we had originally hired so we kept things as they were and he said he would still wash our dishes. The day of the wedding his servers did not clean our dishes. My husband asked the servers and they said they were not told by Gil to was the dishes. We ended up having to stay late to wash the dishes!!!!! Since the contract did not specifically state that I did not fight it (my mistake). I might use their services I again since there food is really good but for sure I'll make sure every agreement is in writing.

We came here for the food tasting event today which by the way they do every month and no kids. First I want to say that everyone organizing everything and cooking is really nice, the main guy Gil is very funny, outgoing, professional, and very attentive. The food was really good we chose them for our wedding. I am very happy with the decision we made. We set up our menu with Gil, he accommodated to our budget and includes a lot of stuff for a very convenient price. Not only was the food good the way they decorated for this simple event was nice. I am very excited for our wedding this summer.

Im considering Vegas Catering but i would like to see a price List or some kind of package pricing on there website. To get an idea at what im looking at.

I have gone to many weddings, quinceañeras, business dinners and mixer events where they have catering and I have to say that Vegas catering is on top of my list definitely my favorite #1. Every time friends, family and colleagues ask if I know of a great catering business I always recommend Vegas because their food is absolutely amazing and I'm extremely picky when it comes to food if not I wouldn't even be writing a review if they didn't deserve it.

On time and very friendly staff. Food for the Christmas event was excellent and plentiful. Served buffet style many people had seconds and thirds. Although we had our own decorations, we were pleasantly surprised that his decorations for the serving table were a wonderful addition. In good taste and quite festive.Would recommend him to anyone with a group event from 20 to 100 people. Numbers did not seem to phase him at all. Many compliments of Well Done were conveyed to me after the dinner and for several weeks there after!! Very Professional, very friendly and will definitely call upon him again.

Omg .. I can't recommend Vega's catering enough! They go above and beyond! I had a huge event and they superseded my expectations!! I will be using them for every event going forward !!! Amazing !!

Food was delicious and very tasty. Gil he's so professional and good service. I highly recommend for events and family reunion. Thank you Vega's catering.

Nothing like they promise. Very expensive for the terrible service. Tables were incomplete. Missing chairs. Some of the personal didn't even had a uniform on. Very disappointed.
