Valor Training Center - Miracle Mile

Tried the kickboxing class on a two week trial paid around $25 . I went this past Saturday morning, although the front desk lady was friendly and helpful, the guy running the class was not at all. If you are a beginner and trying to get into it I would not suggest this place at all. It was me and another lady trying it for our first time and he was not helpful not informative and very dismissive. I was really trying to find something to get into but unfortunately didn't have a good experience and would not recommend this place ( for beginners at least). Not sure how the other classes are but again was highly disappointed & discourage from doing anything like this again :/

Everyone is so nice and supportive I definitely recommend this place.Not just the staff but the people that go here everyone is kind and I feel comfortable whenever i walk into here.

Great coaches a lot of fun but get ready to sweat and the encouragement is up the roof will recommend 5 stars
