To the Owner of the Place, I think it's very important that you know you have Crooks working in your establishment, I had some work done on my 1975 Silver C10 Dave Rios quoted me a price for the job I supplied all the parts for the job, He really loaded me up stating the guy the doing the work on my truck owns a C10 and he knows a lot about C10's so I'm thinking ok perfect! I left a deposit for $2,500 cash to make thing light on me when the job is done, my truck was there for about 3 month or more Dave Rios call me stating my truck was ready to be pick up, when I arrived to the shop he Dugged some outlandish numbers out his ass, when I asked him what this big change all about he clearly didn't want to explain in front of his coworker so he pulled he away from them to plead his case, I was so angry with the change from the price he quoted, I had my truck trailered there from Richmond, Ca so at this point I Just want my truck so I paid the remaining balance Wich was ridicules, all I could think was this dude pocketed that $2,500 and spent it on that lowrider he always bragged about and the company has no clue. So, I trailered my truck home and garaged it until I could afford to complete mission, when Covid hit I decided now that I have the time and money let me finish the job when I pulled my truck out the garage, I noticed my complete exhaust system was removed and never mounted back up, looks like Mr.C10 who did the work on my truck stole my brand-new exhaust, til this day I never received a call from Valley Truck stating that we have your exhaust system and we forgot to mount it back to your truck, that's stealing! One thing I can't stand is a LIER and a THIEF you have both party's working for the Company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP COMPLETE RIPOFFS!

They are far too busy to communicate with customers by telephone on Saturdays. I can't see myself doing business with an entity that doesn't have time to talk to a customer. I would've been fine with giving my phone number for a callback or I would have called back if it was so busy. Nothing like feeling rushed when I'm about to spend about $1000 or more on a product.

Simply the best. I had several items installed and addressed items on my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Lift kit, air bags spray in bed liner, electric step and a 5th wheel hitch.Perfect! They did a wonderful job on the entire project.Thank you Dan Dentoni and the entire VTA team!

We came in looking for answers to questions as a first time trailer purchaser concerning 5th wheel hitch devices. David took wonderful care of us, answered our questions, even showed us one of the devices recently installed on another vehicle. Once we decided what we wanted to do, they ordered the part and got us in quickly. Once installed Junior explained how to use the hitch device thoroughly and everyone there was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this shop and will be going back once we get ready to install a tool box in the bed of the truck as well.

I'd like to start off with that Dan at the counter was professional from the start but I took my A-Arms in for bushing and ball joint installation because I thought these guys were professionals and they installed the upper arm bushings backwards/wrong direction. And installed the ball joint backwards/wrong direction. They did fix the issue but refused to give me any break on the total bill even having to come back another day and having to leave work again early for the second time to pick them up. David was the Manager that refused to give me a $25 discount is all I was asking for. Said it was out of his hands and refused to call the owner for permission and own up to the mistake and make it right with the customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

If you must go here, please go with a man. I had to have repairs done on my trailer. And a gentleman called in for me from another shop and got a quote for $1125 and they would want me there at 8am when they opened and would be done that same afternoon. When I arrived at my appointment , approximately 5-6 men came outside none of them spoke to me at all. After watching them for about 5-7 mins, I walked up and asked if there any questions I could answer for them . Not one single man answered nor addressed me. After being there for 25 minutes - a guy just walks over and hand me an invoice for $2267.I told him that that was not the quote that I was provided by the gentleman who had called in last week. I looked at the parts which totaled over $300 and then I looked at the labor and was told it would take 10 hours. my question was well how is it that you guys are going to take 10 hours to do this when you close after eight hours of being open. This is not what I was told. No one offered an explanation of any kind. I guess as best as I can put it. This is what happens when you are a woman and you go in to get repairs.

I have been to this establishment three times in 3 years. Each time I stand in the showroom to be compltely ignored for fifteen minutes or more. Not a single time has anyone ever offered to help me or actually move from behind the counter to help any customer. This has been precovid , during covid, and now just today. If they care this little about their potential customers just imagine how little they care about the quality of work they do. Go ANYWHERE else.I would give negative stars if I could.
