We were on the hunt for dirt bikes for our boys and helmets. So glad we called and cruised our to VTP Motorsports! We were in and out quickly, received fantastic service and our kids have been non-stop riding since we got home. We are so happy in choosing VTP Motorsports for our boys' first bikes!

I'm only disappointed I can't give them zero stars. While I didn't actually get a chance to purchase anything from them, it wasn't for trying. They were so annoyed that I needed help finding a part, and potential service from them, that they couldn't usher me out the door fast enough. I wouldn't buy anything from them, just for fear of the service, or lack of it. They don't understand that you should do the necessary things post sale to keep a customer for life. You want the customer to be a REPEAT customer, not just a one time thing.

Trust me I would not give them a star they are in the negative star standing. Why father bought some repair parts and they were not the right ones. When my husband went to get the money back for my father they said sorry no cash back. Friday 6-12-2020 Trading post around 12:10 to 12:30 1.) arrived and talked to a young man with diamond earring or cubic zirconia earring and chain white skinny.(owners son)2.) He had told me there are no cash refunds. I told him that the part is wrong and does not fit my bike so I was sold the wrong part.3.) he said he didn't want to order another one because they come in wrong every time.4.) he said he would talk to the owner and walked off.5.) came back and said it would be credit only, I told him you don't have the right parts so what good would credit do.6.) I think the owner came down he has a go tee, he was not polite; another larger buff young man came down as well. 7.) was very upset, and said that this was not fair, the owner said we will order a replacement. I said (upset at this point) that the front sales guy with the earing said he didn't want to order it because it came in for a different back and that it is hard to find my specific one.8.) He told me that we do not give cash refunds. I explained that my father n law does not speak or read English. He started to shake his head and that is when I got upset and said I bet you have something to say about that too. He said, "what do you want me to say about that" . I told them just to give me the cred or parts I am not coming here anymore. He through the receipt in my bag and told me to never come back.He was unprofessional and so was I, bottom line is that he should have held it together. When I left I told him I was going to turn him into the Better Bussiness Buero and he said I am going to take a picture of your license plate. There was one big buff guy, the owner medium guy, and a skinny guy all walking me out the door. I felt Threatened for sure.Today 6/19/20202I walking in with my father whom purchased these items with cash and we had the receipts to show.The Owner quickly approached me and recognized my car and was extremely irritable. He said oh your with that guy that came in and he started to say nonsense crazy stuff about my husband. To the point that he said my husband was rude to his wife when my husband never talked to a woman. That alone shows the kind of make up stories they make up is very aggressively and unprofessional against all company ethics for sure. They started to all talk loud and the owner was giving me the meanest look the entire time he's so so wrong! To the point that I had to call the Sheriff. The business closed up after we left if that doesn't speak for what the facts no more needs to be said.I saw a young customer coming up to the door I forwarded her to not to come back they mistreat customers and that they had yelled at me and my husband. The owners son kept walking around our SUV laughing mocking us and recording our license plate and they kept recording us. Then they closed up the shop.The recommendations from the Sheriffs was that this business keeps mistreating people due to the fact that when they mistreat a customer nobody files a civil lawsuit against them. They need to be shut down due to their abusive and us professionalism and that's just stealing from customers they way they behave and don't return the right parts when they ordered the wrong ones to start . They are not running a business correctly and it's unethical abusive behavior.Very disappointed I have never in my entire life been treated with such disrespect. Shut Them Doen people go elsewhere fast. Run and I mean run to an honest business elsewhere.

They sold me a broken candy machine for $199. They told me the detached pieces were "spare parts". And they "tested it" with almost no candy in it. After finding somewhere to put the machine and adding candy, just two days later, I found out it doesn't work. The candy just pours out (excessively) when you turn the knobs, no coins needed. I called them that day and kept calling for weeks. They dodged my calls saying there was no manager or owner present, or "He's talking to a customer, I'll have him call you right back."...etc. They never returned my calls. Instead of lugging the heavy machine back into a place where they're not willing to help, the man who owns the shop where I'd placed the candy machine had a repairman he knows look at it for me. It turned out the machine was broken, and the same parts that I was told by the guy at Valley Trading Post were "spare parts" were actually parts that were broken off the machine and couldn't be fixed. When I finally got these answers from the repairman I tried calling VTP again to see if they'd be willing to make this right somehow. Despite the fact that I had tried repeatedly to contact them from the very beginning, they used the excuse that it had been a couple months since I bought the machine and refused to even exchange it--or offer to repair it (probably since they knew it couldn't be fixed from the moment they sold it to me). They were very rude on the phone, to not only myself but also the owner of the children's book store from where I was calling. They were disrespectful and dismissive, and they hung up on him even though he was being very polite and only trying to seek a fair resolution. I would never shop there again or refer a friend there for anything. They have zero integrity or work ethic when it comes to providing a quality product.

This place gives out false information had me come in for parts they said they had and quitwd me for just to drive about 40 minutes into town for them to send me some were else and tell me they don't carry the brande when I tried to explain to them some one had already quoted me for said part dude started getting irritated and annoyed interrupting me while i was trying to talk very unprofessional will not be conducting business with them ever again

They quoted me over the phone for a Carburetor then when I showed up Robert states they don't carry those, didn't even take the time to check their computers or anything. Then he sent me to the store across the street for the part which turned out to be a lawn mower shop.

hey, I've been buying stuff and haven't repairs done by this place for a really long time and I always get really good service. Occasionally things take longer than they think they're going to take, but that is the nature of doing repairs on machines. I read a couple of bad reviews on here and I don't understand it for the life of me because I've always been treated really good here, I would recommend this place to anybody to purchase something or have a repair done and the owner and his family are pretty damn cool. Been doing business with them for at least 10 years or so.

If you are looking for any dirt bike sales or service you need to go here. We just purchased an Apollo 250 and the purchase was so smooth, the service mechanic took the time AFTER CLOSING to explain how to break it in. We took our Tao 110 and our SSR 125 in for service and had them fixed ASAP. This shop is AMAZING! We will not go anywhere else for parts or service or sales. Go see Robert, he will take care of you!
