Got my brakes, rotors, and sensor replaced for a great price! Would of paid double if I took my vehicle beck to the dealership. Super friendly staff and they actually answer the phone when you call. Will definitely be coming back

Awesome service and fantastic work. Bought a set of tites from 4wheelparts and had an alignment done it drove terrible. After 500 miles my new tires were getting damaged by the terrible alignment 4wheelparts did. I took it back to them they readjusted my alignment and it still drove horrible. Said my sprongs settled. My sprinhs had 60k miles on them. Settling would happen thousands of miles ago. So i knrw that was a lie. Then tgey said its adjusted tge best it can be. Well had yo get a second opinion took it to valley springs tire and wow! Tge truck is driving great now. Mike the mechanic did a perfect job. Explained things and showed me where the alignment was out of adjustment and then went to work. His attention to detail was fantastic. So if uour thinking about going to 4wheelparts save yourself the hradaches and a bad job, cone to valley springs. Even if its out of the way it's worth the travel to get your truck dialed in properly. Thanks again Mike for a great job on knowing how to align a lifted truck.

Went out the other morning and of course the low tire warning light came on. Drove over to Tire and Auto which I'd never been before and was politely greeted. I asked if they were too busy for a tire repair, he said no I'll get you right in. The absolute quickest service I've ever experienced. I was out in minutes and the flat repair cost was almost nothing. Will be trying their other services soon

Had my tires changed. Low tire pressure came on after. Was told to drive 10-20 min it will go away. Days later still on. Went to the dealer and they said that who ever changed your tires they broke your tire pressure sensor.

We brought out RV to Valley Springs tire earlier in the year to have the front tires replaced. When I picked it up I was a little disappointed because I could see the aluminum rims were scratched from the lug nut socket when they removed and installed the tires. Each lug nut had a circle around it from the socket scratched in the aluminum. A little disappointed more care wasn't taken, but I overlooked it and didn't say anything. But now, I was informed from my dealer who regularly services my RV that the front lug nuts were each torqued to between 900 and 1000 pound feet of torque. Well beyond the 475 pound feet the that is clearly labeled above each tire. Valley Springs tire did that. I can forgive mistakes made from someone being untrained or inexperienced but something as critical as this is inexcusable. Especially when trust is there that they will do the job safely and correctly and if someone inexperienced and new is doing the work, someone else will oversee everything is done as it should be. I won't be back.

I realized I needed new trailer tires before a long trip. They had them in stock and had everything finished and ready to go early in the morning. Thank you for the excellent service!
