One of the better gyms I've been to! Equipment is nice and it doesn't get too wildly busy during peak hours. Even if the machine/equipment you want is unavailable, there's always an alternative to use!

Our visits here were always pretty cordial and quiet. Lots of people frequent this location. They do get pretty busy during their peak hours which tends to be after the 3pm hour. They open fairly early Monday-Friday which is nice for commuters or people that work early or like to be the early bird getting the work so to speak. There are classes offered, indoor pool, personal trainers, and a fair amount of equipment to choose from. They are open on weekends but close earlier on those days. When we signed up back in September of last year, it was nice to know that it is month to month and no contract with no attached cancellation fees. Convenient location for us being living close to the location.

I'm giving this gym a one-star review. I was looking into a membership through Active and Fit. I brought in a letter which stated they were supposed to give me a guest pass so that I could try it out before committing, and the front desk clerk said they "don't do that." Waste of my time, and they certainly aren't getting my money.

Nice clean gym. That's where the compliments end. This gym chooses to keep the temp 76 degrees will not make it cooler. They also keep the front doors open and there are flies flying around the gym while I'm trying to workout. This is completely absurd and destroys your workout experience. If you're looking for to work out in a hot yoga environment this is the place to go. I've never experienced something so dumb before.

Great gym, super clean compared to other gyms in the area. Gym is also part of the active and fit program. They have hoist and Atlantis machines. Plenty of cables to choose from as well. My only gripe is how the lat and cables weight amount increases. They do 10lb increments and then jumps to 15lb increases. Equipment is well cared for and you can tell a lot of the members wipe the equipment down. Dumbells were placed in the correct spots, but some weight may be hard to get if it's busy. A lot of the members are on the younger side and little more serious. If your new to the gym and kinda shy you might feel intimidated here. So far no issues.

Every gym has its ups and downs. I will say my complains here is the locker room is always out of soap, no toilet paper, everything visibly dirty, piss on the toilet seats, etc. this is the case only if one of the janitors isn't working. But when he has a day off, I will just see the other workers chilling up front doing nothing instead of cleaning. I also don't like how they removed one of the incline benches for a flat bench. What kind of gym only has one incline bench? They also only have one leg press, one leg extension, one preacher curl. I will have to wait so long for each machine because those are the popular ones. I hope they see this and add more of these machines

I've noticed that people don't wash before going into the pool and/or jacuzzi. They come and just take off their clothes and get into the water. One man last night, he took off his outer wear and got into the water with his inner panty.

Very clean gym, staff is extremely friendly and all of the equipment is always in good shape, they're always workers going around cleaning machines, the bootcamp class that they offer are extremely fun. 100% recommend this place !

This place is a scam. After s couple years, I decided not to renew my membership in January. They said I acquired a huge debt for unpaid fees which they apparently attempted to charge. They then sold the debt to a collection agency. Now I'm being harassed because I supposedly owe several hundred dollars in debt. Yes. I'm not kidding. These are the scummiest of scammers.

Generally, a nice gym, clean and simple. No broken machines that I've seen. I think the actual gym itself is fairly new, so all the machines are new and in good shape. Depending on the time of day, of course it can be really busy but that's any gym. Another review suggests there are people recording themselves/taking selfies, which yes, I've seen. But it's a select few, and for the most part people are there to do their thing and leave. Most are courteous.My only real suggestion is: - where the heck are the hooks in the bathroom for hanging your towels up???
