Angie did a wonderful job helping my husband and I finance the perfect home. She was very honest and explained the process all the way, and made us feel comfortable. She made our dream come true.

I made not one, not two, not three, but FOUR phone appointments to speak to Angela Garibay, and never got a call. I am very patient and understanding and today, I even called in the morning to confirm she would call at our scheduled 6:30 pm, again very politely, I was promised we were still good to go. It's now 7:00 pm and she never did call. This is completely unprofessional. It is unfortunate because I was looking forward to working with her after the good praising in the reviews. It's very disappointing when customers have to be more organized. I'm not sure if I could trust someone with such a huge decision, like a home loan, with the lack of communication/professionalism of the business. All in all, Best wishes to your business.

Angie Garibay is a one of a kind Broker, Loan Officer, if not the best. She listed our property in Concord, we signed closing documents today. It was a rough sale but she made it happen. Generally, she's always ready to help anyone with any situation, and will always do her best to ensure that the job is done. My fiancé & I started working with Angie since April from the day we met her she was professional, friendly, & assuring. We were approved right away and started searching for homes. Never once did she try to force us to like a property which I really loved about working with her if we didn't like a property she simply said "let's move onto the next" We told her from the start we wanted a new build she understood and never pressured us. After several weeks searching and no luck. We finally found a new build that was not even on the market we spoke with seller directly we agreed on the price but the home was not quite ready. Angie waited 8 months for us to finally get into escrow and close. She would check on us from time to time just to make sure we were still waiting for the home to be completed. She did not give up on us and continued to wait. Once we were ready everything went smooth and we have our dream home! I would definitely recommend Angie to friends and family.
