This is where you need to take your HD if you are in solano county. They are riders and passionate about motorcycles, as well as honest upfront no BS customer service. Wish I had started coming here sooner. Sam and his crew are excellent if they can help you, and still helpful if they cannot with things like part numbers or suggestions. Not going anywhere else with my HD!

Sam is a good dude I called him and explained what my bike was doing and gave him the trouble code over the phone, he actually gave me on the phone diagnoses.I went and purchased the part and installed it issue solved!Sam is very honest and does quality work at a reasonable price if your bike needs any type of work this spot you can trust

Earlier this year my '07 Electra Glide needed a rebuild. Harley dealer price was out of this world. Sam at Vacaville V-Twin was way more reasonable. For a fraction of Harley dealer price I got rebuild with an upgrade from 96" to 103". They have been doing my oil changes since rebuild as well. Bike runs like a rocketship.Everything I was promised came true. They have a customer for life.

I went in just because I was passing by and my friend needed a nut for his battery. I go in and after calling out a few times a man answers. I tell him what I need, he asks for what bike. I tell him a 650 Triumph. He says we don't do metric here. So as most of us know Harley is no longer strictly American parts and measurements. And nuts for batteries that fit any bikes ?? Come on, give me a break. Harley does not have a market on batteries that only fit Harley! Let's lose the very "Old school" mentality of "Harley Davidson" a customer is a customer PERIOD this is the second time Harley shops have refused any help, consult, anything , just because it's not a "Harley". No wonder they are not American made any more!

This place did the 15k service on my Harley. The price was great. I had an appointment and the whole process was quick and efficient. Give your service business to these guys if you're in the area.

Since l moved to Vacaville from Modesto,the only shop that works on my Harley is Sam due to his knowledge, truthfulness and being willing to pick up my motorcycle with his trailer as l don't have or know anyone with a truck,but so much better for him to pick it up for me and knowing it will done correctly for my safety and security is what's important.This is a 5 star shop like no other around here*****

Talked to Sam about my bike and what was going on he found out what they were had me come over to see what was happening, and I gave him the ok. And she is happy again and so am I, Thank you guys for putting up with me.

I was very pleased with the service here. Sam inspected the cam chain tensioners on my '04 Road King and they were good. Saved me a much bigger repair bill. He also lubed my clutch cable, installed a new rear tire, and replaced the rear brake pads. Then, since he was delivering another bike to Vallejo, he delivered mine as well. This is an honest, reputable shop! I will be returning for any future service needs.
