They gave me an estimate of 1600 dollars to fix a minor scratch (picture attached). I let you all be the judge. Do you all think it was a fair quote?

My car came out beautiful. The people that work there are fantastic. They kept me informed and are so nice. They even called me by name when I walked in to get my car because they remembered who I was. Truly excellent service. I can't say enough nice things about them. My car looks brand new! Wow! Talk about an honest business...took my brand new vehicle in to get an estimate to repair damage caused by a valet attendant. Andrea went out to look at the damage to write up the estimate. After looking at it, she excused herself, went into the shop, and came back out with one of the guys from the shop. He had a bottle of some kind of liquid and a rag.He applied the liquid to the rag, rubbed where the damage was, and it came right off. He called it "transfer", where whatever the attendant brushed past transferred the color of it to my paint.If I ever need body work done in the future, I'm going there!

I reached out to Vacaville Auto Body via Yelp. Andrea's customer service is the main reason I continued with conversation and had them complete a minor repair on my bumper. Andrea was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done in the time promised and they added icing to the cake with a car wash. Will definitely think of Vaca Auto Body first for any future needs.

White glove service throughout my experience!! My Lexus RX 350 was repaired to perfection and you would never know that there was a passenger door dent and scrapes. It turned out beautifully which was a huge relief because it was also a custom paint. Absolute perfection. They also provided a lifetime guarantee on their work.Everyone was very welcoming, happy to answer all my questions and kept me updated on a daily basis as to the progress. They made the whole process so easy including pick up and delivery for the rental car. I will always highly recommend this center for repairs !!

I brought my 2021 Cadillac Escalade to repair a rock chip on the passenger door. Andrea took great care in explaining what would need to be done to ensure a seamless repair. I appreciate the time she spent with me and being so detail oriented.Needless to say the repair and paint match held up to her promise.I was impressed with the superior customer service and quality of repairs.

The Karen and man I spoke to were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking for a job and got cussed at by one of the managers for asking a question. The karen was so rude also; when I went back to speak to her about the situation she threatened me Stay away from these wierd people

Customer service is above and beyond. Great communication. They definitely fight for you and help as much as they can. This was my first time taking my car here after being in an accident and I won't take it anywhere else! If you are looking for an auto body shop, look no further you won't regret it!!!
