Happy to find this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I drive from Vallejo to come here. Recommend for your truck and SUV needsWas looking for a roof basket but couldn't find one wide brought for an H2. They found one and ordered it asap.

I was searching for a carpet kit for my 2017 Tacoma. Kevin was very responsive and was great with his follow through; having the kit built and delivered. He told me the timeline and came in right on schedule. He's been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend VacaValley.

Expedition died on 326K mi. "Had" to buy a new Tacoma (oh darn) but it left us needing a whole new rack set-up. And we needed it yesterday. Kevin gave us plenty of options and we decided on two headache racks. As the stars would have it, they were both in stock in Shingle Springs/Cameron Park plant!!! Took a nice ride up to fetch'em: met the nice folks at RackIt, commiserated about National steel policy failures of the current puppet and her Muse, was out by lunch. Had these things installed in less than 30 min. My tribe rocks!

Blake and his team are beyond helpful & willing to go the extra mile. I got a weight distribution hitch for my travel trailer & they did an incredible job of installing & educating me on how it all works. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail that went into installing my tonneau cover for my 2022 GMC Sierra. It required drilling so I wasn't going to trust just anyone to install it. I highly recommend this shop.

Very few places this day in age provide quality and fair work. Came in and these guys were ready to help me out get squared away with my new camper. Their electrical work was very clean and neat. Definitely recommend these guys with all camper shell needs!

I was reluctant about writing a review for this place thinking it was a one time deal but this really rubbed me the wrong way.Really horrible customer service and follow-through and Kevin will talk down to you. They wrecked my truck when the young kid working there backed it into the cement wall pulling out of the shop when I had the carpet kit done. Their insurance covered it which was nice; although not the original parts and never a phone call to apologize or see how the repairs went for the damage that they caused.Then they didn't know what they were doing, had the carpet kit angled inwards and then said I was too picky when I asked about it and nothing that could be done. This is a carpet kit you're supposed to be able to lay on and that's not real possible with the way they put it in sloping towards the middle and higher on the edges and wouldn't sit flat. Later, i look at it myself and all it needed was for one shim to be removed that took less than 10 seconds. And this place sells and installs them as part of their business? Absolutely horrible!Getting a response after leaving messages is even more of a headache and difficult if not impossible process. So giving the benefit of the doubt I reach out again years later and never receive a call back after I'm told he's not available and will contact me back once he's free. Yeah, a day and a half later and no response. Typical for Kevin. This place is a joke.

Highly recommended! I wanted step rails on a 2003 Dodge Ram Van. Needed a weekend install. Went there on a Sat. morning and because of the age of my vehicle they needed to do some research. After a few days, they found something we were happy with and was quoted 2 hours of labor. Came in a few weeks later for the install and low and behold the manufacturer was not accurate with their product. I was there for an extended time. The good news was they didn't charge me for their mistake, they got it right and I am very happy with the outcome! Very pleasant experience even with the delay on the install. Good people work there! You'll be happy you talked to them about what you need.
