A great place for ALL your party rental needs. Chairs, bars, tablecloths, drink containers, tents. You think of it, they have it. The best thing about this place is the owner. he is professional, fair, flexible and honest. There are other option for party rentals, but go somewhere that is reliable like this spot. Don't add stress to your event by renting from others.

This supplier is awesome! They have a great showroom so you can shop what is appropriate for your event. The staff is very professional and are helpful at loading and unloading for us. I've rented their handsome wooden folding chairs to create a small backyard wedding and again to help seat 100 people at a large venue and everything went smoothly. The chairs were clean and intact. Pricing was fair and may never borrow folding chairs from an array of family members again. They close on the weekend so there is no rush to return the chairs when I've been exhausted after the events. They have so many other party supplies, it's worth checking out before purchasing tablecloths like I did. I'll be back.

I feel like I don't ever think to rent equipment for parties but thank goodness there's one in Sacramento. I rented six chafing dishes for a baby shower 7 days before the event and they had just enough in stock for me to rent. Chafing dishes come with sternos but do not come with utensils (which are an extra charge).I was originally going to just rent on the website but when going into the showroom, you have a chance to check out all of their inventory and see the quality and dimensions of the items you need.I'll be coming here again for my next event!

Many great qualities items in stocks but a little bit over price. Overall very helpful and provides deliveries and pickup with extra charge.

I was so excited to find a party rental in my area, great prices and great customer service. Well rent again. I rented chairs for a yard party. I called a few day earlier to see if I need to make an appointment bc they do close at 5. I told him what I need and he said just show up on Saturday Morning. It was just a easy process.

I called ahead at 10 AM with no answer; had to leave a voicemail. I arrived at their showroom at 10:30 AM--nobody and the door is locked. They claim their winter hours on a weekday are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM but there's not a soul present. Don't go here, it's a waste of time and gas.

This place has recently gotten a make over inside and out. Looks very updated and beautiful on the inside to be honest. Ive rented from them a few times in the past and they've always been professional and timely. But this last time is what made me run to yelp and leave a raving review. I was planning a last minute extravaganza for a family member with 200 guests. I was beyond stressed having to deal with the catering, decor, venue, etc. and UPR came to the rescue by supplying pretty much everything needed to throw the party. Price was very reasonable too. My favorite part was the delivery, set up, tear down & pick-up of the tables, tents, chairs ran on time and steadfast. The delivery men were very polite and congenial. The party was awesome and I was the hero of the evening. I will be taking my business to them again

My family and I rented with United Party Rentals a few weeks ago for my wedding with 130 guests! They were extremely accommodating and provided us with tables, chairs, glassware, galvanized tubs, and a dance floor! They had lots of options in their showroom, were super flexible, worked with us on timing and the dance floor options, helped us load and unload, had very reasonable pricing, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Overall, we had an incredible experience renting with United Party Rentals and would 100% rent with them again!

Rented umbrellas for a backyard Bridal Shower. They were brand new and stood up straight in the stands they provided. Would highly recommend.
