so rude, every associat.. they were speaking Spanish and because of my skin color they didn't think I spoke Spanish.. they talk bad about customers worse customer service ever. Mike the manager was very friendly he was rude at some points too, the tables were dusty

I will DEFINITELY recommend that you stay AWAY from this store!!! Look at the pictures and you decide how you want to proceed...If you buy from there GOOD Luck...The furniture is nice but overpriced...Sale personnel (Michael) very nice and supportive until you pay then his true colors come out. They don't deserve a star! Worst customer service ever! I hate business who keeps changing their words! We customize chairs for our dining table, and the lady said if we customize it'll be here by March 26, and by March 26 we called they didn't answer the phone and we left a voice message. They called back and said oh the chairs won't be here until April 1st!!! Like seriously today is April 1st and they playing a fool on us! I called on April 1st and now the guy said oh it's actually May 1st when our chairs gets here! I'm waiting for my customize chairs and will never ever step my foot into this furniture ever again!! Not going to support this business again!

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! RUDE RUDE RUDE "sales team" and owner. Reviews are indeed accurate!!! I decided to give them a chance despite the negative reviews took my chances with them but that was a big mistake.. reviews are spot on. I should of never placed my order here. Where do I start.... customer service -3 stars, they don't answer their phones. I've been there many times where they just let it ring and go to vm while they sit there and chat or just sitting there. After waiting 7 WEEKS for my furniture I tried calling to get an update and tried for days they never answered the phone. I ended up having to drive there; when I mentioned the no-answer phone calls they said... oh yea we don't answer calls, leave a voicemail and we'll call you back. Seriously? Even if you're just sitting there you let it go to vm? So rude, unprofessional just total disregard for customer service. As I explained before I waited over 7 weeks for a bedroom and living room set, i paid for in cash! Waiting this long for furniture is not only unreasonable but excessive in my experience with purchases with other furniture stores. They are not easy to work with the girls are ok but the guys lack customer service skills. After I had to drive down there to find out about my order because they don't answer phones, I found out my furniture has been there for some time but night stands were on back order. So they took it upon themselves to just have me wait for those to come in to deliver together!!! Ugh! Mind you... we survived a home fire we were finally moving back home after a year. I placed my order way before we were to move it and the whole time were sleeping on mattresses on the floor and sitting on uncomfortable dining chairs while we waited for this furniture. Meanwhile they were there the whole time!!! Ugh I was furious!! I told them I wanted it delivered like yesterday and they could deliver the nightstands when they came in!! The nerve of these people. Received a call a few days later asking me to come in to pick up my nightstands that were on back order. Mind you I paid for delivery... these people are something else, the nerve. At this point I said,, I'll call my husband see if he can stop by. These are covid times I have kids whom are doing distance learning my whole days are taken up. What a rude inconvenience, will not be back to this store ever. I would not recommend them. They don't care for customer service just take your money elsewhere

These people are very Rude and do not know how to communicate with costumers especially the girl that works at the desk , she had a bad attitude and they do not fully explain the contract to you. I would never go back or recommend this store to anyone , my daughter in law left that store very upset , mostly because the the receptionist was very rude.

Let me start with absolutely terrible customer service. We purchased 3 items from them (Bed frame, drawer, and dresser. I tell them if they can put the dresser upstairs and they quickly cut me off and say "just leave it here" or "just buy another one." They soon tell me they can't install the bed frame because they don't have the screws (weird but understandable.) Once they return the next day, I ask again, and they give me the same bs they told me the day before. After asking for over 10 times that day, they just left. I never wrote a review on ANYBODY or their business, but what they did was inexcusable. If they had trouble because they didn't have enough people, they could've told me the first day and brought someone the next day. I really hope they change their service and workers because they're just asking to lose customers and their business.

In Store Experience:The buying experience was mostly pleasant since I knew exactly what I was looking for. The prices were high but I assumed it was to be expected for quality furniture these days (boy was I wrong). The delivery took about a week. The delivery truck actually arrived an hour before the delivery window without a courtesy call or anything. Delivery Experience:The delivery drivers blatantly disregarded handling the furniture I PAID FOR with any care whatsoever. I purchased three curio cabinets (1 floor unit and 2 supposedly brand new). You guessed it ALL THREE (3) were damaged. To be fair two (2) were visibly damaged and one (1) looked like they tried to use wood putty to repair the pre-existing damage. I guess I shouldn't be surprised the furniture came wrapped in only shrink wrap and not in boxes or wood crates like I would have expected. I had no choice but to refuse delivery of any of the furniture I purchased. The delivery driver told me he could just touch it up or else it would take over a month to get replacements. Nice try pal, I'm not accepting it.Customer Service: As I previously mentioned, I purchased one cabinet as a display model. Having a touch of OCD, I inspected it thoroughly before agreeing to purchase it and it did not have any visible damage. I called customer service and talked to a kid with poor communication skills. I advised that all of the pieces were damaged and that I refused the delivery. He immediately got an attitude and told me I purchased a floor model and received a discount to compensate the fact that it wasn't brand new. I explained again that I had very carefully inspected it while on the showroom floor and it did NOT have any visible damage like it did when I received it. He immediately got an attitude with me and told me that the customer service department wouldn't be able to call me back until Monday. I asked why I couldn't talk to them now. being Friday before 5? I asked to talk with a manager and he stated no manager was available. I asked the for the owner's name and he asked me why I was yelling at him as if he were in front of someone to justify his bad behavior. Mind you, my voice was not soft and cuddly at this point but I certainly wasn't yelling. I asked him again for the name of the owner. It's hard to know if he told me the truth but you can rest assured this experience is far from over. I will be asking for my entire order to be cancelled and continue to share this absolutely horrible experience with all my friends and family and re-post on social media as often as I can!I can almost guarantee the 4 and 5 star ratings are planted by employees. I wish you the best of luck if you every decide to take a risk with this furniture store!

I bought a bed from this store the Manager was so nice and friendly. But she was being fake and lying to the customer just to sale her items. She told me there is no interest for 18 months but when I got my bail they charge me interst for it. When I call the store to solve my problem she told she will talk to her manager n call back, but it has been 4 weeks i didn't get a call nor they answer when i call the store.

I just walked around the store for 40 minutes, ready to spend a good amount of cash (not applying for credit) and none of the staff approached me or asked if they could help me. I guess they're not hungry for business. That's fine, I walked out. I'll spend my $$ else where.
