with glen's help, my office party was a huge success! he can work within any budget and is extremely friendly. on time, and professional.we ordered:caprese skewersbaby heirloom tomatoes, pearl mozzarella, basil chiffonade and a balsamic gastriquesesame seared tomba tuna in a crisp phyllo cup with wasabi, micro greens and red tobiko roecrispy parmesian polenta rounds with olive tapenadedressed micro greensmini zucchini frittatas basil pesto sauce and micro greensour house beef tenderloin sliders with crispy onions, horseradish aioli , baby enokis and micro greenssausage stuffed baby bella mushroomsspinach and feta phyllo blossomsthe mushrooms were the biggest hit, none left. everything else, we had a few left overs. perfect caterer for a perfect event. thank you glen for helping me shine.

I have been to several events where Under the Canapé has catered and the food prepared is more than fabulous delicious and oh so very fresh. These guys know what they are doing!My sis has also engaged them and they were a pleasure to work with. Keeping within budget with over the top expectations met! YUM!

Under the Canapé was absolutely amazing. The staff was kind, professional and entertaining. The food was superior and they were extremely accommodating to our food allergies and preferences. The catering was done in a wine cave with no kitchen and required a lot of prep work, but even under those circumstances the timing and serving was seamless. We entertained 40 people from all over the US and Canada and all were impressed. I highly recommend this company for their quality, manner and overall value. Thank you for our wonderful event!
