Ultimate Game Truck

Giving this game truck company a 5-star for great service and response! I was planning a birthday for my 6-year old and there were some logistical challenges for my location. Initial evaluation deemed our location difficult due to the busy street. After multiple text communications, the owners re-evaluated at my request and met them onsite. They are very professional and wish things could have worked out, but I completely understand the reasons. They could've just brushed me off, but Jen (owner) maintained correspondence. I appreciate the company doing all they could to try to accommodate. Definitely recommend and hope to get a chance to use them in the future!

This was an epic birthday for my 8 year old. His friends had a ball. Jen was very responsive and nice, and she and her husband, Miguel were very accommodating when they met with me to ensure the party was planned accordingly. The game coach, Kelly was very patient with the kids. This was an awesome experience!

Jen the owner is absolutely amazing!She is very prompt on text and email. I ran into a snag with my own party planning, but she was willing to honor a refund, even though she didn't have to. I really appreciate this kind of customer service and empathy, and now she has a client for life. I'll be telling all my friends to use her services and will definitely use her truck next time the kids have a party. Thank you Jen!!

If you are considering using this service don't think twice. Best money spent on a birthday party! Jenn was an awesome host, showed up on time, and kept the little rascals busy in the heat for 2 whole hours. I love that the boys were entertained and out of my house, LOL! They can't stop talking about the experience, we hope to use them again in the future.

Booking this game truck was one of the best decisions we made for our sons 7th Birthday party. He has SO MUCH FUN with all his friends. The host Nyssa made the world of a difference. She was so kind and professional. Let us all enjoy the party and made sure the kids enjoyed as well.As the birthday party wrapped up this evening, our son already asked can we book it again for his next birthday...ha!

We hired the Ultimate Game Truck for an 8th birthday party yesterday. We would not hesitate to reserve this experience again. Jen was very communicative in reserving a spot and leading up to the day-of. The truck showed up on time and Nyssa was a pro in parking and setting the truck up (in minutes!). The truck was clean, professional and looked brand new. The best part of the experience was our host, Nyssa. She was AMAZING. Nyssa was well versed in all the games, helped the kids as needed and was kind and courteous. We didn't have to do anything, as she took care of all the kid's needs. She did not cut corners by leaving early, she was very upfront that the kids get every single minute we reserved. At one point, when I peeked in to see if the kids were behaving, she said "I got this, you go relax". She honestly helped make the party.We ended up with a sunny day, but had it rained, this would have saved the party! The 8 year olds played outside until the truck came, spent time in the truck, took a break for cake and then some continued to play video games while others played ball. The truck is very flexible in that kids can come & go as they please.Don't hesitate, reserve the Ultimate Game Truck and request Nyssa!

We hired ultimate game truck for my son 7th birthday. Jen was very accommodating and all the staff was really awesome to my son and our guest! everyone had such a great time and my son has requested to have the game truck every year for his birthday. thank you again

When your son turns 10 you have to go all out, so who do you call? Ultimate Game Truck!Tons of kids gleefully played video games for 2 hours at a cost of $375. I wisely scheduled the party during the afternoon and only served cake, so that cut down on the other costs.Highly recommend!

The good: The lady operating the rig was nice, and the kids got to play some games. The bad: 1) The truck was NOT fully operational and had to be plugged into an extension cord from my house because they forgot to charge the generator from a party the night before.2) Because the generator wasn't working, neither was the truck's wifi, lights, music, or the AC!!!3) It's the first weekend of June and the AC isn't working. The truck was a sauna- so hot several kids didn't stay, the ones who did played in puddles of their own sweat. These kids were so hot, they barely even ate. We ferried waters, but drinks weren't allowed in the truck.4) Because the wifi wasn't working, the kids couldn't battle each other and only had 4 games to play. (Mario and Tetris-like games.)5) Because the generator was busted, there were no fun lights, was no dance party, no singing games, and no back ground music until my husband (who also thought to plug the truck in via extension cord) used a blue tooth speaker and his cell phone. Eventually the lady operating offered some dated music via CD.6) No mention of even a partial refund and no call or apology message from the owners. I don't know if the driver of the truck was an owner- she could have been? But she too was unapologetic.7) Not a deal breaker, but this truck needs way more than 60 feet of space. If my neighbors hadn't moved their car out of the way, the driver wouldn't have been able to back in as close to the driveway as she did- even then, she was diagonal to our driveway, and just barely blocking the road. It's a normal size street and a huge cul-de-sac. Firetrucks and garbage trucks have no problem maneuvering on this street even with cars parked on both sides. Even without cars parked on my side of the road, the truck still wasn't parked against the over 70 feet of curb, but it was parked diagonal from the driveway into the middle of the road and beyond.8) It didn't completely ruin my kid's birthday party because he's pretty easy-going and he did play one of the 4 games that were available for 2 hours. (First shooter/mass killing games were offered even tho they were on the restricted list. In this house- mass killing and first shooter games are considered inappropriate for kids under 10 yo. I know to each household their own, but these types of games were specifically on the "do not allow" list, yet they were offered up because the owners didn't charge the generator and there was nothing else. We quickly declined- so still- only 4 games were available/allowed.) The driver offered to leave without offering a refund, but this was literally an "Ultimate Game Truck" birthday party, and I had no plan B... why should I have? So no, the kids were going to play in the sweltering, hot box of a truck if they wanted to... while we charged your generator for free. My husband paid the balance due. Why?, I'm not sure.. but he did. None of the parents stayed around the truck because it was soooo hot, so my husband and I did what we could to keep the kids cooler, entertain, serve, and be delightful hosts.9) My son's birthday party goals were: a dance party, karaoke, and to be able to play epic battles against groups of friends. None of this happened because The Ultimate Game Truck came without an operational generator.None of it was my fault, yet I still had to pay in full, the owners were unapologetic, and they have made no attempt in 3 months to reach out to me about the experience and that they didn't supply the service I paid for. Bad business ethics.

We had a great experience for our 9yo's bday. The truck was ready to go within 5 minutes of arrival and the kids had a blast. You can't see any kids in the photo because they were all inside having fun! I recommend having a pop up tent for some shade for those who do play outside. This is the first party we've done where I felt like I actually wasn't needed and it was fantastic! Thank you UGT!
