The first week in May, we purchased a 2005 Silverado from Jay. After some back and forth haggling we agreed to a price I considered reasonable for a fairly low mileage truck but definitely not a steal. During the test drive process, I noted that alternator gauge was doing strange things, I mentioned it to Jay, he reluctantly agreed to have it fixed at their cost. He wrote it up, I gave him a check for the full price and left to my home in Sacramento. The next day, I went to put the key into the driver's door, imagine my surprise to find a hole in the handle assembly but the lock cylinder is missing. I immediately called Jay, he admitted they weren't aware it was missing either because they had always used the remote. He said it was an easy fix and would get it done when they fixed the gauge cluster. 4 weeks later after no calls regarding the repairs, I was in Manteca so I went by the lot. Imagine my surprise when I was informed Jay was no longer there and I should speak with David. During my conversation with David, he informed me since the gauges were in writing, he'd repair it but refused to even address the door lock. I advised him the missing lock would be interpreted as a safety issue and by law had to be repaired. Still he refused, and threatened to not do any repairs. I told him he was to get the contracted repairs completed today and have the owner Agustin call me before days end. He said he would. By the end of the day, the gauges were repaired and David agreed to have Agustin call me.Three weeks later, still no call, three attempts to call him but he's rarely there. Will likely have to contact DMV investigations to go after their license to get anything done.Apparently Jay now sells trailers in Turlock so he could care less

I recently bought a used car from there and paid in full. Javier, the salesman, promised to get the missing trunk cover on April 1,2024. To this date, he hasn't sent it to me. He says his Manager, Agustin Ramos, still has to purchase it. I kept texting with Javier asking when i will get the missing part & he kept saying he has it but waiting fir the DMV to send the registration & title so he can send it to me all at the same time. I drove there a couple of times to pick up the title of the car part. Finally on June 11,2024, I drove there to pick up the papers but the part wasn't there.This time, Javier made sure he wasn't there to talk to me so i had to deal with Agustin Ramos. He looked very bored at me & didn't really want to hear what i have to say. When i told him that Javier promised to send me the missing part. Agustine said, we don't send to customers. Ok, I'm fine picking it up even if I've been there a couple of times before expecting to get it but will get empty promises from Javier instead. I just wanted to get Agustine can't even guaranty that they will order it. He just said "whenever".After that, i received a text from Javier apologizing & making excuses why he's not there (to lie to me? ‍)

This business is terrible! They sell broken vehicles and refuse to return phone calls.

I wish this business is not a fair business they really tried keeping my deposit for a truck due to someone I share a mailing address OWES them money !!! Now tell me in what country this is legal I was forced to call the police in order to get my money back a whole day later !!! LOOK ELSEWHERE WHEN LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE THEY MIGHT TRY AND PULL A QUICK ONE ON YOU. To top it off these crooks lied to the BBB and gave US a Bad CHECK as a REFUND I have attached photos proving everyone these pieces of shits are fraudulent.

This place did my cousin dirty. When he bought the car, he left it with them to fix an issue with the gauges. They kept it for about three weeks, saying they couldn't find the part. After signing all the "as is" paperwork and finally getting it to the house, he realized they removed the winch that was attached to the front bumper of the truck. Not only that, the salesman had the rear window switched out with one that didn't have a small window to open. Not once did the salesman say they switched and removed those two items. My cousin should have paid more attention, but he just wanted to get his truck home finally. A dirty car salesman is a real thing.

New to Manteca and we've been shopping for a car. As soon as we passed the dealership we saw the car we wanted no questions asked? The experience there was pretty much is it going. They were able to work with me and get me the best deal and pretty much give me the best service I've ever experienced by in a vehicle the salesperson Hassan more than willing to be helpful every step of the way! This dealer has been the best experience I've ever had. I've bought and sold alot cars and while looking for a diesel truck i found what i thought was the one i liked. After several weeks with it found i didn't care for a long bed truck so they swapped it out for a short bed truck. Gus and the sales men there went way above and beyond. No other dealership would have been as awesome as these guys. I will easily be back in a couple years for another one from them. I give this place an easy A+++. Thanks for all you guys do for the community and your customers.

I was denied by every lender I tried to go through online, but they had the car I wanted so figured what the hell let's give it a shot. They got me approved, gave me more than blue book for my trade and came down on the advertised price! The staff was awesome! Even let me take the Mr2 out for a couple of joy rides with my kids before asking anything! Awesome experience not too pushy like most dealers I've been to. Come get a new car, the dealer even made my mum blush and smile more than I have seen in years! Thanks again guys. Ask for Hassan!

Great experience! Talked with them and got numbers, went 2 purchase a few days later and they stayed true to the deal. Friendly and straight forward to me and the family! They will do anything to make u happy. Had a lil issue with my truck and they jumped on it asap! Looked around and can honestly say u need to check them out 1st!!!!!! 5 STARS
