A woman threw up. Staff placed a garbage can on top and left it. An hour has passed by and no one has cleaned it up. People have walked past it and stepped on it unaware that it's vomit. The man claims that they ate under staff. Yet, he is sitting there with no one coming in and the vomit is still sitting there. With flu season and virus going around it would have been appreciated for the vomit to get cleaned up immediately.

I like how it is located in a safe neighborhood. Currently, it's the closest skating rink to our family. I wish that we had skate trainers for rent. Parking is always free.

The communication is so hard and they barely respond to the email when they provided the email for us to reach out if we had any questions. I enrolled my 4-year old son for the first time ever skating experience with the whole season paid up front. Unfortunately, the first class we went, my son refused to go in no matter what we've tried. So I emailed Jennifer asking if there could be any other options to try so we don't lose the whole money. She didn't respond after I emailed 3 times. She was nice to say we could try private class and someone will contact me who was b'cced. Then that someone next contacted me for 2 weeks. I the email Jennifer 3 times for another 2 weeks so didn't respond at all. I understand it might not be refundable, but I just need a confirmation and some understanding that a 4 year old might quit and if there are other options. Simply not responding to address is not very polite. I've tried other classes and if my son was not able to make it, they would either do makeup, postpone to later year or simply refund to me. This place is so far only one not providing any alternatives with responses.

Our daughter decided to be a big figure skater just 5 months ago. The coaches and training here are excellent. So are their spring break and other kids programs. They really inspire the kids with a positive and supportive spirit that leaves them wanting to do great things. Kudos to the staff here making this a great skating experience.

I'm a decent skater so I decided to take adult lessons to improve my skills and maybe learn a few moves, I signed up for the intermediate class. It was clear after the first lesson that the instructor, Renha, lacked teaching skills and a passion to teach. I asked the director if the instructors rotated, but she said no, so I was stuck with an idiot (and with an attitude). Renha was often late to the lessons, making lame excuses, which left about 15-20 minutes of actual instruction.My frustration grew with each lesson, the other students were also frustrated with Renha. The kicker was during the 5th lesson, she showed us the 'bunny hop' move, I attempted it, but I really didn't care to learn that move. She told me I couldn't progress if I didn't master every move she showed us. I could care less if I mastered every move or progressed. I had previously told her my goals for the class (pretty simple), but her poor attitude prevailed. She also made negative comments about my hockey skates and not having the right skates. I'm not a figure skater, was just here to have fun and maybe learn a few moves. It wasn't fun and I didn't learn much. BTW, I rock my hockey skates!I only attended 6 out of the 10 sessions because of this horrible instructor. I asked the director for a partial refund but she said they don't give refunds.The rink itself is really old, dank, and it smells. I'll never return to this stink hole.

Their skates are sooooooo old. I know skates are painful, but these are so old I wonder if newer skates would make a difference. The kiddos and I won't be going back, we'll travel further for better footwear.

Spent my son's bday there and we had a blast!!! Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great choice for getting your kids to pick up the fundamentals.Natalia is great as a kid trainer.

The staff at the location were super friendly. Also, they got some cool claw machines!

Staff was helpful in getting the right sized rental skates on my sons. Rink was clean and generally well maintained.
