It is still hit or miss regarding prices. However, I'm happy with my latest find that came home with me! The felt heart envelopes were originally priced with original price tag from Target, as $1.00 each. With four for $1.41, I snapped them up.Customer service is always great! There was a really cute heart sweater I wanted to take home. It was slightly the wrong fit, so I left it for someone else to find. I added photos of the heart envelopes and will add the sweater.

I am a thrift store addict. I know them all, around town. This is a great shop! I am shocked by the bad reviews. Not enough reviews so I had to help out. They have a ton of stuff. Lots of frames, knick knacks, housewares, aisles of clothing. Bedding, electronics, specialty items and jewelry. They have extremely cheap bargain days, I think the discount day is Thursday. I have found some brand names like Ralph Lauren, Chicos, Anthropology, etc. They have some vintage too, like leather belts with silver, hats, etc. You can spend a long time in here. So many toys!! The employees are always really friendly and chatty. It's just a nice vibe. Similar to the old Buy Rite. Not quite Buy Rite but close enough for me.

My gf and I came into try clothes on. She needed help trying them on because she has long nails, so I had to be in the fitting room with her to help her. One of the store associates told me I couldn't be in there with her. I told her that she needed help, but she looked at me for two seconds and her response was "only one person can be in there at a time", even though nowhere does it explicitly say that in their policy. They treated us like we were a couple of horny teenagers! They are not very accommodating toward their customers! If my gf had a documented disability where she couldn't put on clothes by herself and the store associate did the same thing, these guys would be in HUGE trouble with federal law due to ADA.

Was excited to find out Modesto had a new thrift store seen it online advertised Wanted to see what all the hype was about. My daughter an I started looking around at stuff the prices are wayyyyy to high we started laughing it's a thrift store and the items are so worn out junkie old old appliances, home Decor pot n pans destroyed beyond selling, time for the trash can that bad and for 9.99 lol WHAT ???? Then the used shoes marked 8.00 12.00 like wth Clothes Womens very worn out jeans shirts 8.00 9.00 and higher the pj pants 8.00 each lol ummm these are old nasty pj pants fabrics balled up worn out yard sales .25 and even then people don't buy it Jesus. DD's Is cheaper. or Ross Marshall's is like 2.00 more for brand new an good brands. Think this owner needs to find a smaller store cheaper rent because. This place is a joke.

Gentleman at the counter was very helpful. So we're the ladies that helped me with purchase of a bed frame. Prices are typically good, especially if they are one of the sale color prices that day.

Most stores have their policy listed on the entrance window or door that informs the customers before stepping in the store about their set rules and regulations. This business failed to do so and made me feel uncomfortable in the process. After having locked up my e-bike outside the store I proceeded to walk in with my backpack on my back. I was in the store around 10-15 mins and as I was about to leave to go to the front and pay for my item, I was approach by one of the workers and asked me to turn my backpack in because that's their store policy. Having said that I understand policies and regulations AS LONG AS THEY ARE DISPLAYED FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE, but once again like I mentioned at the beginning of my review, this business failed to do so. So after asking the lady why their policy wasn't listed on the front door I proceeded to ask her: "if I turn my backpack in, will you guys be responsible for my backpack if it goes missing?" She didn't reply and I said "thought so, no worries ma'am I'll go ahead and take my leave now after paying for my item upfront, also I would like to talk to your manager" After having said this, keep in mind I was already in there walking around with my backpack on for 10-15 minutes and multiple workers saw me with my backpack on and all of a sudden I am informed of a policy that's not even displayed to the public on their main entrance to keep customers informed of their set rules and regulations of said business. One of the workers try kicking me out (tall male dark skin and long hair) saying I can take my leave, after I asked him if he was the manager and he said no, I said: "I have nothing to discuss with you, I didn't ask for you", then a woman (short dark haired) said she was the one in charge and said that the policy was for me to turn my backpack in to which I responded: "if that's your policy why don't you have it displayed on your main entrance or window? How am I supposed to know your rules if they're not displayed to the public before going inside the store? And If that's the case then the same thing could be said about the women in here or any other person with a handbag over their shoulder".What's upsetting is that not only am I getting getting surprised about a policy that's not displayed on their window, but they decide to enforce their policy 15 minutes after I am inside the store and after walking by multiple workers that work inside the thrift store. The main manager finally shows up (tall Caucasian male, slim body) after I paid for my item and I was already outside getting my e-bike ready to leave the premises. He wanted to talk to me and I asked him if could talk to him on the side away from the entrance in order not to block the entrance to the store. I explained to him what happened inside his store and that they created the problem by not having the policies listed on the front entrance to keep the public informed of their rules. IF I DONT SEE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT THEM? After being in there 10-15 minutes and making me feel accused that I am taking something? I wasn't expecting an apology but for him to at least see the mistake he and his team created by 1)not informing me right away after I came inside the store about the backpack rules 2)not saying anything to me after I walked next to multiple workers inside store, multiple opportunities from the team to say something and nothing was said to me. 3) a worker stepping out of line and asking me to leave when he is not even in charge of the store4) the icing on the cake is that after having said this the manager tells me "I have multiple businesses and been in business for more than 10 years and I have never had an issue and I DO NOT PLAN ON DISPLAYING MY POLICIES ON THE ENTRANCE. The problem was created by this business owner NOT displaying HIS store policy in the entrance. And his employees failing to said anything to me regarding a POLICY that's not displayed in the main entrance, you know like ANY other business usually has.Thank you for making me feel uncomfortable, there are other thrift stores in the area that provide far better service and sell way cheaper than the overpriced clothes they sell in there. Do yourself a favor as well and go next door to DDs discount. Cheaper and new clothes for the price they ask at Trinity Thrift.

I have shopped at their other store, Good Samaritan, on McHenry. It looks like they are bringing items that don't sell there to this store, and things that don't sell here go to that store.
