Good with rentals, clean and really good prices on everything for parties or tickets for amusement parks etc.

This is for ITT.The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes you might get someone who has great customer service and really helpful. other times you'll get someone who seems so bored out of their mind with their job that you wonder why the heck they're even working there. You would think that an ITT office at Travis AFB, one of the biggest Air Force bases would have a lot of offers, but Beale, a much smaller base about 1.5-2 hrs away offers way more! What is up with that?They only have two cashier stations and sometimes only one person working, so sometimes the line can get really long if you happen to stop by on a Friday or the weekend when people are trying to buy attraction tickets. If you don't want to put up with the staff here because of their so-so customer service or they don't have a deal that Beale has, contact Beale ITT. They'll FedEx your tickets for like 10-12 bucks.

You can get many discounted tickets to places like Disneyland, Discovery Kingdom, Aquarium of the Bay and many other places. Check out the ITT website for ticket prices. Great place to save money. They also have a climbing wall inside. Free for active duty to use.

I had a great experience here! My friends and I did a white water rafting trip tour with The Travis Outdoor Rec. (Someone must be in the military) to be able to use the super discounted prices. The tour guides were super cool and knowledgable. Each guide had their own different personality traits and a all were friendly. We had Pat as our guide and he made the trip great. Especially because our boat did not flip one time :) We paid $68.00 per person. I would recommend staying on base or a hotel close by because you have to get there early. We just returned from the Whitewater rafting trip, and my family and I had a great time! Our guide for the trip was Jake, and he did a great job preparing us for the rip down river, especially since we had never done this before. Patrick was extremely helpful and made sure we knew what to expect on the trip, and what we needed to bring with us to make our trip enjoyable.Thank you for the great time,Jim

Do not go here! Incompetent people, long lines, misleading instructions. Don't waste your money here! Go use Priceline or groupon. The discount tix here are a joke.

If there were zero stars I would select that...I rented a generator for a bounce house for my sons 5th birthday. I was not told to bring at least 3 people to load the generator...got there to pick up and scrambled to call friends to help. I spent 300$ (from separate company) on a bounce house in addition to renting the generator. My husband started up generator 30 min before event and about 10 min into birthday party it stopped working. My husband spent 2+ hours troubleshooting it and discovered it had no oil. He proceeded to go to gas station/purchased and filled with oil. It did start back up but the party was over with only 2 kids remaining. I understand mistakes happen but upon returning generator I explained what happened and the manager told me that there is no way they would give it to me without oil. I asked if I could at least get a partial refund or ideally a full refund...he said they would have to do a diagnostic and call me back. They treated me like it was my fault and that I was not telling the truth...I have 10 plus parents/15 kids who can back up my story. He said they would call me back that day. I received no call and no refund.I will NEVER be using them again and I am really disappointed on how I was treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone...

Made a reservation to rent a pontoon boat from Travis outdoor recreation. Apparently the management recently changed and now they require a $150 deposit to place a reservation. Okay, that was not a requirement before but whatever. I later called to reschedule the reservation date only to be told that it would require and ADDITIONAL $150 security deposit. When I asked why they explained that because I didn't call to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, they are keeping the deposit. Again, not a requirement before and now they made up a new rule to keep my money. After hearing the new policies, it just seems like they are not looking out for their customers but for their profits. The new management at the rental department @ Travis Outdoor Recreation is making the experience to rent there miserable. Hoping they either get rid of the policy or who is in charge. I don't recommend renting there.

This was my first experience equipment was old an outdated.... upon completion and returning my quipment I received a phone call from outdoor rec stating that I owed additional funds for a key that was broken off in the lock... Wow imagine that I didn't rent anything that requires a key or a lock. yet I continue to receive phone calls stating that they're going to charge me.. very unprofessional not at all organized.... I will go to Beale Air Force Base from now on... I plan on contacting the commander is well this is totally ridiculous
