Travelers Hotel

Racism at its finest. Mold on the mattress when my bf lived there and prices have gone up because of "taxes". I had him move in with me immediately when I saw the condition of his room and the creepy people who stay there. The owners are ridiculously rude and don't care. They have their entire family living there rent free. And the rooms aren't clean or good. They had him paying a lot then and didn't even have a private bathroom or kitchen at all. He couldn't have guests or even drink when he is a grown adult. Horrible place to live and waste of money or time.

I give this place a negative. It's a chop shop slum Lord type place. They say you have to pay hotel tax for the first month then they go into a traditional lease? It's pretty crazy how they have gotten away with this. This isn't a hotel that offers nice towels soaps or even a breakfast or anything. There is no elevator so no good for the handicapped. I have no idea how this place is in business everything doesn't even seem safe or to code the building is very old. The rooms have no Ac no fans no heaters either. The hallways are ventilated with a swamp cooler. None of the rooms have bathrooms or showers you have to walk in the hallway to use a shared full restroom with all the Tennant's or travelers. This place is a joke and yet charge what a nice hotel would charge. The beds suck blankets carpets everything is old. This place is ridiculous. I'm going to have tge housing authority notified and the city of Lodi surprisingly isn't really doing a thorough check. This makes downtown Lodi look horrible.

The Travelers Motel is in downtown Lodi where the perfect location is for evening dinner and a movie. Anyone single wanting a dating life close to home, who enjoys beer breweries and wine tasting and who might work in a small private office near by will love to live here. I myself am planning the move on purpose specifically to this location. The open loft style office space for lease near by will be ideal for an internet company and I hope to entertain overnight guests at a room in the Travelers Motel next to my own as it certainly is an affordable option for a startup like myself on a budget. TRAFFIC on 99 or I5 is easy to navigate so a quick trip North or South to many of the surrounding amenities Lodi, CA has to offer will be a delight for any out of town guests once conference calls are over with our over-seas investors...with that said; keep your dreams as big as your eyes can see, friends!

The guy that posted the 5 stars has never lived at this place, must be a family friend so don't trust him. Fake advertisement. I stayed here and it's the worst place in Lodi! The manager Jack does barge in without notice and starts yelling and saying outrageous things. He also doesn't turn on the heat and it's freezing. Very unsanitary but I didn't have much money but finally I got out of there! I saw bed bugs, cockroaches and even heard some mice! Disgusting and unsanitary.
