Lisa planned a fantastic trip to Italy for our family. It was a bit complicated with family members joining into the trip at different times, late additions to the trip, and other issues, but Lisa navigated through each change expertly. She chose great flights, wonderful hotels, and quality tours and activities. The communication of the itinerary plans were very clear, and she went over everything again with me right before the trip, and answered all remaining questions. Every detail was considered! During the trip, I reached out to get her advice/help from Florence, and she responded within minutes AND resolved my issue. She listened to what we wanted/hoped for our trip, respected our budget, and dealt with the changes and requests we made. If you're looking for a travel agent, I highly recommend Lisa!
