I really enjoyed my 4 month stay here. Clean, relatively quiet and i felt very safe/comfortable as a single female traveler. Clarissa works at the office there and she was great any time i had a question or needed help. On my arrival day, a motor in my slide out wasn't working and she walked with me back to my spot to try to help me fix it... i really appreciated that! Will definitely be returning if i ever come back through this area

Today I needed to use a dump station for the first time (the least wonderful thing about RV'ing!) I called first and Clarissa was friendly on the phone. After I arrived I was very impressed by her helpfulness. She has the patience of a preschool teacher mixed with professionalism that makes for *excellent* customer service. There is a nice little store right next door with a good amount of basic supplies (she was kind enough to walk me over there and show me around too.)I can't say enough about how she shared her knowledge. At the same time, she didn't miss a trick. She is a 'hawk eye' (the kids call me that!) meaning while helping one customer she also sees exactly what else is going on nearby and coordinates everything expertly. :) It turns out that Clarissa is the Park Manager. All I can say is that the park owners are very lucky to have her. I drove through the park on my way out and it was very clean. It's a simple property with concrete pads and no foliage other than near the shower house, but it seemed very quiet and peaceful and I imagine people sleep very well here.

This park sucks big time. Most of the people here are full-time RVers and there are some permantely affixed trailer homes that clutter the place up. RVers here steal from each other. I left my RV in this park and went off for the weekend leaving my RV at the park and when I got back the next day, someone had stolen my Transmission fluid drainage plug. Imagine my surprise when I drove up to my RV and saw Tranmission fluid all over the place. I reported it to the park manager just to be told that they wouldn't be doing anything about it. Stay here if you want your RV to be treated like it is at Pick and Pull. When they need a part and you have the same chassie, they will pull your part right from under your RV.

Talk about salty, surly service. Not just to me, but also the preceding guy who was a renter. The woman with a black-dyed haircut off a badger is quite unpleasant and sharp. $25 for dump is very high. I do not recommend this place it misses all the bars.

Found out recently that dumping your trash is not part of the dump fee (the previous maint guy told me I could but I found out that was just for me. I don't do it anymore). I hear that if they have too many more problems they may stop offering public dump service. By the horror stories that I hear from those at Trailer Villa and the dozens or so people I've witnessed myself either taking forever to do what should be a 5 To 10 minute job (fill water tank, dump waste tanks, flush and leave) or doing something so, (I hate to say) brainless but there's really no better description, that I glove up before I touch ANYTHING! Not to mention the deliberate acts of vandalism. All of this will either result in a cost increasing modification to the present system, or them shutting down the public option to use the dump site all together. If they close? Local RVers are going to be in a fix for a place to dump their tanks. The more anti RV the bay area gets, the harder it will be to live in the area. Driving the few RV services we have out, by selfishness or spite is going to end living in the area for many people. I'm already looking for sticks and bricks again to live in. I no longet have faith in the competence of my fellow man. I've just seen too many bad examples outweigh the good ones. If you see a negative review of Trailer Villa there's a good chance that person was told not to do something and copped an attitude. Cut the staff here a break, they do a difficult job, they deal with you!

This campground is basically a trailer park with some new concrete pads with full hookups. Nothing fancy. Not a place for kids. They have no pool or any added extras. With that being said it is very quiet, which makes for a good nights sleep. It is also very clean. The showers and laundry facilities were very new and nice. This campground is super close to the freeway and is a great location if you want to see San Francisco or San Jose.

If you're looking a place to rest while working in Silicon Valley or visiting San Francisco, this will do the trick. The park is tough to get into as they are usually full. It is quiet and clean with heated bathrooms and showers. There is also an R.V shop right at the front of the park if you need repairs, parts, or propane. It is a twenty five minute drive to SFO and San Jose. I read a lot of reviews and see that some speak about the rude staff. I have met all the staff members here, and have not been treated poorly. They run a busy park, and aren't here to be your friend, it's just business. Like I mentioned though, I have had no problems. The park is very nice compared to some of the other parks in the area. It is also safe, which is important.

I found it hard to choose a place to stay at when my husband was called to work out in the bay. I decided to go on a limb and choose this park. It's a good park considering there's not too much to choose from in the bay. We stayed many months to a year here the in the span of 2 1/2 yrs. If we were ever to come back and work in the bay, trailer villa is the spot to go. Park is clean, maintenance guy is always on top of things which is nice. The bathrooms/laundry units are always getting cleaned as well. It may not be much but it's a good park in the middle of the bay. I found this place usually easier to get into when we need a spot. Keep in mind this place you're only allowed to stay 7 months at a time and a week out of the park so plan accordingly. Gives you time to try out the other parks around the bay. We always come back to this park though. If it's the same female manager there when we stayed, she was always flexiblish and when either me or my husband would stop in, took some time though. My favorite spots were in the back of the park so I can get a view of the bayfront and depending on the season you'll see little ducklings in the river.

I am a travel nurse and stayed here. My next door neighbor was so loud yelling at 0410 in the morning. I was there for 13 weeks and he woke me up 29 times. So when it started getting cold...he turned on his furnace. The furnace kicked the breaker. The breaker just happened to be on my electrical pole. So then everyday he walks on my site to reset it. He bangs the side of of my RV and woke me up one day out of a dead sleep. I complained numerous times they do not help me. They think I am a problem. One day I caught him and I told him to get off my spot He told me it wasn't my spot and I don't osy anything. I said yes I do. Actually too much! Then he reared back his fist to hit me. I called the cops. He was told to leave me alone. I left that day. He's a big bully. Then we had a big rain storm and the oark flooded. My motorcycle was under water. I asked the manager why she didn't call me. And she said that there are 132 of us living here. My neighbors tried to move it but, I had the handlebars locked. Then the guys came with the pump truck and said the problem was that the 2 drains were clogged. They stuck a t-bar shaped rod down in the drain and twisted it back and forth. Then it drained in less than an hour. Are you kidding me? Lack of drain maintenence. My bike damaged. People lost therein stuff. Some of the residents were looting. Couldn't find 2 items. And then another neighbor stole a stupid work bucket and lied and said it was his. The manager is sitting on her ass smoking a cigarette at her mobile. Then she sends out a flyer stating that it was a natural disaster. So she lied to all the tenants. She said the water breached over. NO IT DIDN'T! One guy lost his generator on his 5th wheel. They have insurance for this. They are liable for all the damage and she's Judy trying to get out of paying. Do not waste your time staying here. They do not care about you.
