Stars for inventory and product, but that's more a manufacturer thing.I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO GET PRICING FROM OTHER PLACES BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING HERE.I wanted to buy a 2024 Honda CRF300L from Tracy Motorsports, they quoted me around 8500.They said I'm welcome to shop around or whatever. I knew the price was outrageous, it's kind of their MO so I made one phone call to another dealer about an hour away. They quoted me 7400.Called drew back and he said he can do 7360.I'm going with the 7400 option. You may wonder why, but I'm just sick of games. Sales guy asked me why and I said the same thing. He said it's not games it's "business". What a joke.Everything else I buy has a price and I pay it. But these dummies can knock of 15% after I make another phone call? I'm buying from the straight shooters. For a 3rd time I am passing up Tracy.

I had a great experience purchasing my motorsport UTV from Tracy Motor Sports. Jerry assisted me, and I would definitely do business with him again. Before encountering Jerry, I visited a couple of other stores, but the salespeople there didn't seem to have much knowledge about their products. I decided to drive all the way to Tracy Motors because, after calling and asking a few questions, I could tell that their staff had personal experience as owners themselves, which makes a significant difference.

I came into this place reluctantly to for a little bike they carry for kids and have to say I was pleasantly surprised! They have bikes outside and inside, some on sale, some brand new. When I walked in a guy named Nathan asked me if I needed any help and just kind of fell back when I said I didn't need any help. Then like two minutes later i asked him for help. HILARIOUS.Nathan wasn't pushy at all! A younger guy, super knowledgeable! I took a gander in their parts accessories department and OH MY SWEET BEGONIAS! HELMETS FOR DAYS!! I need to get the nieces and nephews helmets for their little/big heads when they ride their little bikes! Jesse could tell I was super clueless and helped me out. How embarrassing! He also helped me pick out gloves for the kids too. Such an unassuming guy! Super cool. While I was waiting for the staff members to get the bikes all good and ready to go, I went over to the waiting area and sipped on some starbucks coffee and munched on donuts they had out for customers. I was the only one in the waiting area lounging on that comfy ass leather couch! LOL. COOL POINTS - 1. They give out free snacks/drinks EVERY SATURDAY!! So make sure you come on a Saturday! HAHA.2. They give out FREE COFFEE everyday.3. LOTS of parking space AND right across from a WINCO (which we will go over in my next review, lol) WIN WIN!! 4. SUPER CLEAN bathrooms. Hey, that's SUPER important!Not going to lie, kinda fell asleep waiting for the bikes. A gal named Rachel (I immediately thought of "Friends" as well because I'm Monika), woke me up and said they were ready. I head outside and this SUPER intimidating looking dude named Danny starts telling me all these fun facts about the items I just bought. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and SUPER DOWN TO EARTH! MAN. This was a great experience! I got some Christmas presents knocked out, got some snacks and drinks, took a nap, AND pretty much got a class on all things Striders (the name of the bikes I got)! The people that work here are super cool! Please stop in if you're looking for something for the kids ESPECIALLY if it's last minute! FYI - They run about $100. Throw a bow on that bad boy and you're good to go! Thanks Guys!

Steve service rep got back to me in week time stated at drop off. Bike serviced advised parts ordered I never needed to call as updated service completed via txt.Rode bike home the 32 miles from shop felt like it was like new & it's 23yrs old!Duane Tech good gave advice spoke with customer service Dana - several of my neighbors highly recommended I will too

WARNING! Do not purchase BRP / Sea-Doo products from Tracy Motorsports. I purchased a brand new 2023 Sea-Doo from Tracy Motorsports and the motor went out after less than one year. Since it was a manufacturer defect, the motor is covered under warranty. However, Tracy Motorsports has now had my watercraft for over two months and they continue to prolong the completion date. I requested a loaner watercraft and they declined. Instead, they referred me to the manufacturer (BRP), and they were of course no help. Thankfully, I happen to be an attorney specializing in this sort of thing, and have no choice at this point but to litigate.

I have been bringing my SeaDoo FishPro/Trophy and Honda Motorcycle to Tracy Motorsports and they have always taken great care of my vehicles! Sometimes I have had special requests and they have exceeded my expectations. I encourage you to give them a try to service your vehicles. Thank you Steven and Flower for your help and support, allowing me to continue riding confidently and safely!

DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM POLARIS A WASTE OF MONEY BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY CLUTCH BLEW UP AND THIS YEAR HAD A CLUTCH RECAL WAITED 2 months back and forth calls fianlly I asked to cancel my warranty and just fix it waited another few weeks to be told sorry we can't warranty it when I tried to cancel the warranty and just get this thing fixed 1400 in payments down the drain and 2000 to fix the clutch this warranty is a joke never again be very careful when buying warrantys they're a joke I thought the fact that i bought it from Polaris dealer they would stand behind there products absolutely disgusted with there communication and the time They wasted

I purchased two used seadoos from here. I worked with Juve and Drew who made the process as easy as possible they got my payment to where I wanted it to be and never felt pressured through the whole process good job Tracy Motorsports I will definitely refer this store to anyone interested in a new toy.

The costumer service is phenomenal and the service department is great and they always get me my bikes back on time

I got a part recall notice for my brand new Kawasaki Jet Ski a couple months after purchasing it and I needed to find a shop nearby to get the work done. I had some special requests and Steven in service took care of everything, And I got my mirror fixed while the ski was there. Steven and Dwayne are stand up guys, friendly and efficient too. Now I've got my go to place for service in the future. I definitely recommend Tracy Motorsports.
