01/10/23 - Buying DayI had been emailing back and forth with Josh Coon about a specific car on the lot. He was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. This was my first car buying experience and everything went extremely well. Josh never hassled or pressured me into anything. He was extremely helpful and transparent by making sure everything was good on both sides of the deal. It was stressful but there is always going to be stress when making large financial purchases. I did my due diligence by watching car buying videos on YouTube and reading car advice threads on Reddit. I'm super happy with my purchase and glad I went to Tracy Mazda. Big thanks to Josh and all the Tracy Mazda staff.

Car shopping can be such a headache but at a time like this with the car shortages and high market rates, I tried to avoid it for as long as I could. I knew what I wanted so that helped, but I just couldn't find a dealership I felt good about. I won't name them but let's just say that I went to three other Mazda dealerships around the East Bay and finally broadened my search. I ended up at Tracy Mazda and have no regrets. I worked with Anna in the Sales department and she was very responsive every time I reached out. She was also to the point and didn't try to do crazy upsells, which I appreciated as a fellow straight shooter also working in sales. Upon arrival, I have to say that everyone I interacted with was friendly and easy going. She mentioned they are a small family-type business and I could see that. Josh was the Finance Manager I worked with and he was also easy to work with. My bank had a lengthy process we had to wait out and I appreciated his willingness to work with me.In the end, I got the car I wanted with a price I was satisfied with. Well worth the drive out to Tracy. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Absolutely stunning service! I've been to many other dealers before ending up at Mazda and never been treated better. Trenton, Anna, Javier, and David provided quality, speedy, and transparent service. You can tell they really take customers thoughts into consideration. An amazing team!!

Shannon Karbowski is the absolute best and is the primary reason that I choose to have both my Mazda vehicles serviced at Tracy Mazda. She is always happy, friendly and a pleasure to chat with whenever I'm in the store. She always makes her recommendations for service based on what the vehicle actually needs and will work to stay within your budget. Additionally, in the rare instance that the work performed is not 100% as expected she will make sure it is made right. She truly cares that you're 100% satisfied with the services you've purchased 100% of the time. Additionally, Tracy Mazda has been extremely accommodating in providing loaner vehicles for services that take longer then a morning or an afternoon. Which is something that can become more common when you're driving 25K to 30K miles per year. This has allowed me to utilize Tracy Mazda for my vehicle service needs, even when my busy work/life has me commuting from Manteca to either Sunnyvale or Sacramento on a near daily basis. Had it not been for this accommodation, I'm not sure how I would find the time to have my vehicles serviced properly, as the reasons I'm on the road nearly every day are not optional. For these reasons, when it comes time to replace my current vehicles, Mazda and specifically Tracy Mazda will be place I look for my next vehicles.

People here were fantastic, especially Ernie who was the sales person dealing with the Costco Auto program. He showed me a great deal on a barely used 2024 Mazda CX5 and was not pushy at all with add-ons, accessories, etc. Very honest and helpful. Amazing customer service by Ernie - he even dropped off an accessory at my home an hour away!! Thank you, Thank you!!

We bought a CX-5 and a CX-50 yesterday. Great experience! The sales person, Reshad, who helped us was very helpful and friendly. He made the process easy and fun. The Sales Manager, Milton, also made us feel at home. Vasek, the General Manager, actually did the finance paperwork with us. Really appreciated his attention and friendly manner. All and all, we highly recommend buying your next car here. 5 Stars!
