Tracy Learning Center Preschool

As a first-time mom, I was a bit nervous looking into preschools. My daughter and I looked into preschools, but the minute we toured, she loved it and I knew she was comfortable with teachers and other children. This center is clean, safe, and welcoming. The teachers are amazing and even though there are other children, they make your child feel special at all times. I know I can drop my daughter off in safe hands, I do not worry while she is there. When she first came to TLC, she struggled to eat, but since then she has learned to try new things. As well as learning so well, she tells me all the things she has learned when she comes home. TLC is the right decision for your child(ren) and you're putting them in good hands!

Our child attends part time and it's a great learning environment, their communication is excellent! They utilize an app and are frequently providing updates on the kids day. As a busy working mom I so appreciate this! The staff does a great job engaging the kids, my lil one has grown so much!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILD. Sharing our experience with our 4yo daughter being in Tracy Learning Center for the months of August and September 2022. Over the 2 months that she was with the Tracy Learning Center, she had been constantly stressed. While there are a lot of things that were happening as we moved to a new home, and she joined a new school, there are a few things that we encountered that played a far more significant role than we initially thought or anticipated. While at school, my daughter was bullied by Miss Laura that caused a lot of separation anxiety and added to her trauma. It got to a point where she would have nightmares about going to school which disrupted her sleep and hurt her at a psychological level. To the point where, throughout the time that she would be at home she would ask not to be sent to her school. What surprised us the most is we saw a different child in her, we had lost our daughter. We would find it very amusing that there were days she would be sitting in a corner crying, always looking like she cried for god knows how many hours without food/water and no one had the heart to tend to her, take care of her. Our child has been thoroughly neglected by tracylc team.Since we moved her to a different school, about 6 weeks back now, our daughter is a completely different personality, we see our child coming back. It was hard for her to get over her trauma, now we see that she loves going to her new school and enjoys playing with the teachers and other kids in the school. We also wanted to highlight a series of events which made things worse for her and for us in the process and it was the way she was dealt with in the school at Tracy Learning Center, specifically by Miss Laura. Miss Laura has bullied and traumatized our daughter during her time at school. When she would cry Miss Laura would bully her by saying "Are you a cry baby?" and follow it up with "Should I get a diaper for you?" which would clearly make her even more upset and sad and make her cry even more. And when that would happen Miss Laura would goto her and start crying mimicking our child despite she asking Miss Laura to stop doing it. On September 29th, when we dropped our daughter late to school, we stood outside and observed this behaviour from Miss Laura ourselves. It was really heartbreaking.We are really disappointed with the way Miss Laura handled the situation and bullied our daughter and the fact that the school did not have a way to even identify that this has been happening over the 2 months that our daughter was with at this school. It took the little kid some time to open up to us and tell us how Miss Laura treated her and how she doesn't like her at all. Even till this day, just the mention of "Miss Laura" traumatizes her. It took us a while to process everything and put it into words ourselve. It has been shocking to say the least. We never thought we would end up with an experience like this, and would not recommend this school to anyone. We have shared this feedback with Miss Amy and hoping it will be taken seriously and there would be necessary actions taken.

Our son has been attending this school for a little under a year and he loves it!! The teachers are friendly, the communication is great and he is so ready for kindergarten. We would definitely recommend this school. So many awesome memories created here.

Teachers are wonderful and caring. The classroom is organized and clean. Great programs for the kids.

After sending our daughter to another school, where she had a bad experience, we decided to send her to the Tracy Learning Center. She has been going to TLC since January 4, 2016 and we have seen a remarkable difference in her. They not only challenge the children academically but also instill social skills. Our daughter is interacting with people and other children more now and learning other subjects appropriately. Every morning she wakes up with excitement because she love going there. That is an indication that she receives a loving and a caring atmosphere from the teachers there. If you have a young one, then I would give TLC a try and see the difference in your child.

My children and I had a wonderful experience here at Tots Learning Center for at least 1 year and 1/2. In my experience with the staff, they have always been kind to my children. If my children would not have gotten too old to attend the daycare they still would be attending Tots Learning Center. I would recommend this facility.

This school is AMAZING. It's clean, the teachers and staff are so friendly, and they work so well with all of the children. Since starting my daughter here in April I've noticed HUGE improvements in her skills. I highly recommend this establishment!

So happy I found this learning center! The name says it all; it's not just a daycare, it's a learning center. My son loves it there and he has learned so much since he started. The classroom has a lot to offer and they have a really cool interactive table that the kids can use as well. I started him out at three days a week to get him acclimated and now he goes five days! The classroom is clean, the teachers are lovely, and I have no complaints. I toured other centers and they all felt like business deals, when we walked into TLC I knew it was just right for my son. When his brother is old enough, I will be sure to enroll him as well! I encourage everyone to call and set up a tour! You won't be disappointed!
