Tracy Community Center

Had my Graduation party here in may 2012 and felt it was the perfect location for my celebration! They have brand new 72" round tables and white chairs that come with renting the facility. I was able to sit 200 people comfortably and there was more than enough room for the dance floor. There is a huge kitchen as well and extra meeting rooms for your convenience. The opening to the kitchen made a perfect bar for the alcohol and there is also a big screen that electronically pulls down for slide shows. You can definitely make the center as creative as you want and the staff for the City of Tracy are super friendly! I will definitely consider throwing another big event here! The prices are reasonable and we did receive our deposit back after cleanup. The location is in downtown and a quite neighborhood. We had not problems with party crashers and there was plenty of parking.You can definitely make the center as creative as you want and the staff for the City of Tracy are super friendly! They are very shady, I booked with them and did the contract with them and everything was good then a couple of weeks to my event they cancel on me due to that they denied my homeowners insurance with State Farm. State Farm is a big company and a good one and State Farm said it was weird that the hall denied them. They had offer the place to someone else that's why they denied me and I only found out about it because I knew some ppl that went to the event. Very unprofessional of them to do that. Will not be doing business with them ever again. Another thing is that u need to be a resident from Tracy to be able to booked the place or else you will be denied as well.
