Bought a used 2017 tundra here. Lance was my sales rep. He was amazing and authenic. I was treated with respect and professionalism. They respect my decision on not buying certain add ons, the people here are good people.

The parts department is great! Went by today to pick up a few things I've ordered. Jonathan helped me order the parts on the phone and I received a text when they came in super easy in and out. They also had a huge selection of cars and trucks.

I submitted an online application, I received a text from a sales guy named John. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. He said he would work on it. Requested update multiple times with no response. Poor customer service, I have since requested that he does not move further w the application as I have found another car dealership. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Lance and the crew at Tracy Chrysler Dodge helped me get into my dream car! The staff was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in the front door. I was texting with Lance from early morning to the time I arrived at the dealership. They worked with me to create a deal that was just right for me! Which I appreciate. They did not hound or pressure me in any facet of the deal. They were knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Luck enough to say I was able to drive off the lot in a 2021 Corvette C8 with all the bells and whistles at a price I felt was just. They also gave me a fair trade in value on a 17 TRD Pro Taco. Although I will miss the Taco I'm happy in my new ride. Thank you again to Lance and the crew. They even gave me free water and pizza, just a side note, but that meant a lot to me.

I do not know where to start. I took my vehicle (Jeep) in for an oil leak as a precaution during August. The vehicle did not have any other problems. The service department found many problems during their inspection. These problems were not able to be fixed until now (November). I waited almost 3 months! Now I understand things take time and that is not what upset me. I was dissatisfied with their service because of the lack of communication, empty promises, and lies. During my experience, I spoke with two service advisors and a supervisor who would not call me back when I requested them to. I would be on hold for thirty minutes and no one would pick up. I was told my vehicle would be ready and when that time came it wouldn't be. Now halfway through my experience the car was inspected and released to me. I couldn't even drive it off the lot without further warning signals. They took it again to fix their mistakes. Now to make amends with my poor experience they promised me a clean vehicle when it would be released to me and I got it back dirtier than how I took it in. I'm never coming back to their service department ever again. I have never been this stressed with any other customer service ever. Good luck to all those who bring their vehicle here for service and I hope you don't go through the experience I did.

One of the worst dealerships there is in the area still markups on their vehicles they can't sell. then they add all that etching protection guard then they add theft protection all the BS that nobody wants and doesn't do anything just pockets them $3000 more. then they tell you oh it came that way before we got the vehicle but yet you're doing it on used cars too this dealership I hope they go under really soon cause they are a bunch of rip offs.

Review for sales only and it's was as good as it could be thanks to Lance in sales and the entire team. Showed up at 9:AM sharp to buy a vehical on sale (incredible price) and the entire experience could not have been better. Told them what I wanted, don't upsell me and I'm pressed for time and they exceeded all expectations. Due to a locked credit report and the fact I was driving to Nevada my wife came back the next day to wrap things up and take her new Compass home. She had nothing but praise for everyone and I need to go back and personally thank Lance and everyone for how accomidating and painless they made the experience. While not the same staff, I had the exact same experience there exactly 12 years ago purchasing my ad sale Ram 1500 4x4 so I'm 2 for 2 with great experiences here.

Lance failed to honor his promises and professionalism. Went to purchase a new vehicle with a pre-approved loan. Lance assured me of a better interest rate than what the current lender I was going through had to offer. which is great but I agreed under one condition if my credit was not ran multiple times & he assured me, shaking my hand & making promises that he would run my credit only ONCE since he was positive they would only need to run it one time to get me a better interest rate, continues to promise that he would not SHOP around with my credit.Despite assuring me of running my credit only once, he did so FIVE times without consent! I understand not getting the rate he expected after running my credit first time but to continue to run it without my consent after expressing concerns why I did not want my credit to be ran multiple times and him assuring me he would not run it multiple times yet ran it FIVE times. Never once mentioned to me that they ran my credit was ran FIVE times!. Not a MAN of his WORD! Additionally, the missing car part promised to be replaced at time of purchasing remains unresolved for nearly 1.5 months. I have a copy of due bill showing they will replace part. Every time I ask for updates no-one seems to have a solid answer to why the part has not been replaced yet, when originally Lance stated it would be a 2 week wait, and of course now that we are post sale, and Lance has made his sale everything seems to be out of his control. Lance's unresponsiveness and lack of accountability post-sale are disappointing. Avoid dealing with Lance for a smoother and more reliable experience."
