I came in to have black Chevy bow ties installed on my new Traverse as a courtesy and I am very happy with the level of service I received from the Service Advisor Javier and his team. I came in early and was greeted right away. Javier's Technicians even dismantled the roof rails upon request. The waiting area was clean and everyone practiced health and safety protocols. I am also impressed and delighted that the Sales team remembered and recognized me even with a face mask on. I did not have to wait too long for my service to be complete. I don't mind driving 30 miles to get my maintenance and service competed here. My family has been Chevrolet owners for more than 30 years, and I appreciate the level of professionalism and convenience that Tracy Chevrolet provides.

Cindy Banning at Tracy Chevrolet is awesome! She closed my deal in less than 2 hours on a Sunday. I purchased a 19' Silverado High Country from Tracy Chevrolet last week and I love it. The truck is loaded and it's exactly what I was looking for.Cindy was very helpful and professional. She went through all of the features of the truck with me and she wasn't pushy at all. She was able to get me a great deal on the truck and she blew your competition away. I will defiantly be a repeat customer!Todd in service is great also. I typically always give the business the benefit of doubt but this is not the first time it has occurred....customer beware!!!I dropped my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado off the morning to be looked at for the radio. My appointment was at 10:30 which I arrived promptly to where the employees couldn't seem to be bothered. I received a phone call at 1:56 from Todd where he suggested a new touch screen. I informed him I would need to check my warranty through carmax and speak to my husband. I called back numerous times with no answer and left a message. I finally received a call back at 5:08 letting him know we would not be doing the new touch screen.When we arrived I waited in the lobby where three gentlemen were working and couldn't even let me know they would be right with me. Finally the gentleman at the first desk asked my name and then referred me to Todd. In which he was helping another customer at the time and I waited for him. He was very rude to the gentleman as well.I asked him kindly what exactly we were paying $190 and how they came up with the diagnosis of a new screen. In a condescending and demeaning manner spoke to me as if I was a child. This is not the first time this has happened with Todd and is in fact the reason I choose not to go to this establishment! His demeanor towards women as if we are uneducated individuals because we are in a car dealership is unacceptable and needs to be addressed! Prior to taking the truck to this establishment we had another mechanic look at it who explained what needed to be done and it looked as if no one touched the truck, there was no paper or precautions taken from a mechanic if he entered the car. The only reason I ended up at this service station was just in case it was under warranty! We will be going to a different establishment which is able to fix the screen without charging us 1200 for a new screen which we do not need! Like I mentioned this is not the first time the service station has tried to take advantage and charge me for services not needed. Please be aware and make sure they don't take advantage of you!

I took my car into the service department while it was still running. When I decided I would not go through with their service and after the service department advisor Javier Fernández he told me I needed a new head gasket they were gonna fix my car for $3100 later he calls me and says before you pay for a head gasket we would recommend to take your car to a specialist to check the head now because why pay for a head gasket if head is damaged and he also mentioned at no charge well they checked the head and now more bad new the head is cracked all because coolant got into my engine so I did a little homework and realized If coolant got in my engine you would think whole engine is damaged right? So I did more homework and instead of paying for a head and head gasket at $4,300 as the price kept going up so I was told I can replace the whole engine at maybe $3,000 so I go to talk to Javier and just asked if he can find out how much to replace the whole engine and he said he'd find out. By this time I had already missed 2 weeks of work and luckily didn't get fired I had no transportation. I told Javier I was gonna save the money and take my car home til I had the $$ the guy changed on me and now is telling me that I had to pay almost $600 to put my head back on the car after he told me it would be at no charge to check the head. You would think if he really took it to a specialist they would check it then put it back together obviously it was a lie. He then tells me I have to pay close to $600 to reassemble my car and I told him that if he hd told me that I would of agreed to check the head then he says if he can't pay his guys to put it back then he would just put the head in my trunk. This is so upsetting to me considering I brought my car to Chevrolet still running. He did this because he realized I was not gonna go through with the service after telling him I had to save the money. I was so upset and asked to speak to his boss or someone above him . So now he gives me the service Director's card and number who I then call and he has the nerve to agree that what I was being charged was a reasonable price well I hadn't agreed to the work and he said checking the head would be at no charge! Had he told me I had to pay to reassemble after checking the hair I would of said hell no! Now I told the Director that I just want my car back and after bringing it there running I got my car with pieces of the engine on my hood! my motor in my trunk! I'm so livid I cannot believe that Chevrolet who has a good reputation would even do this. I am now contacting a lawyer and I ask people to just be careful with these scams big company or not! I would of never expected this from Chevrolet I will never in my life recommend them nor ever ever get any Chevrolet vehicle. Especially if you are woman they will take full advantage if you allow that's all! Didn't even wanna give one star but I had to to post this be aware people! Do not get scammed!

Bought a vehicle in June and the sales department was great, but the service department is awful. We've had a few issues with the vehicle and had to bring it in a few times and every single time there has been an issue. They told us parts would be in the next day and then our vehicle was there for more than a week cause they never actually ordered the part, and even after getting the vehicle back only part of the issue would be fixed. Then most recently we brought it in for an oil change and waited way longer than they said it would be and the next day the check engine light came on and says "22% oil life". And most times we go in there, there are other angry customers.

Really badI scheduled appointment to take my GMC truck for engine light on. No calls back that day. I called left messages and finally got a hold of them next day.Was told $1200 to fix a clamp. They told me it will be ready Friday 4 days later.I received a call that it wont be ready till Monday morning. No calls Monday. I called multiple times with no answer back. I went to them, they told me my truck was next. No calls from anyone after leaving more messages. Finally got my truck back 9.13 - it was there since 9/4After paying and driving it for 50 miles, engine light back on.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!! My truck has been at this establishment being "fixed" for over 2 months now! I took my vehicle in to get it checked out as there was a ticking sound coming form the engine and the check engine light turned on. Dropped my truck off and was informed it was an injector but it was covered by the extended warranty I had purchased. Was told I needed to wait for parts which could take a couple a weeks. The couple of weeks came and went and there was ALWAYS something new, "oh we are backed up", "your truck will be done by the end of this week" . The most recent one "the mechanic messed up and installed something wrong, so he needs to take the whole thing apart again to figure out what he did wrong" . Throughout this process I was NEVER given a call to get an update , the only way I received an update was by showing up in person and asking for answers. Today, I stopped by and was told "the mechanic is not wanting to work on your truck without the head mechanic but he is not here so we are waiting for the head mechanic to have time" . This whole ordeal has been a complete nightmare and huge headache. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE! They show no understanding and act as if you are the headache. I have been NOTHING BUT patient but I am done and need ANSWERS ASAP!
