This review is specifically for Candace and her great customer service. I have been looking ALL over for a special primer to do a craft project and everywhere is sold out. I ordering from stores near me and the wait is almost a month. I happened to find in searching afterwards that this TSC had 2 in stock at a reasonable price so I made an order for pick up. This morning my order was cancelled and I did not know why. When I looked online I still saw 2 gallons in stock, so I almost made the hour drive but decided to call first. Candace (sorry if I am not spelling that right) answered and was so friendly and helpful. She double and triple checked and found out that the two they had in stock were damaged. I still wanted them so she checked on that too but unfortunately was advised they cannot sell damaged stuff for hazmat type reasons which totally makes sense. Although I am still on my search for the primer, I really appreciate her going above and beyond and being so patient and friendly the whole time. I hope she is recognized for her amazing customer service and attention to detail!P.S. I just looked up the spelling of her name because I did not want to butcher it and it says her name means "glowing", so she was very aptly named :)

I had a bad experience with the so called "manger" of all people. I was needing a swamp cooler filter and the nice guy that was helping me wasn't sure if they had any. He ask me to wait a minute for the manager. A few minutes later the manager comes walking in typing/playing on his phone. The worker guy asked him the question for me. The so called "manger" just yells no! Then keeps dorking around on his phone. It was very rude and unprofessional! Sorry, to bother you dude. I won't come back and do it again!

Meh. Not representative of the website. I walked around the entire store and was not very impressed. Was looking for snow shovels, ice melt (kid, pet-friendly), and some painting tools. Great place to go if you actually own a tractor, but not really for the everyday homeowner.

I went to this store location and have been here many of times as have my family we are loyal customers and have spent a lot of money in this store, however today we had the worst service ever first the guy that was supposed to be getting something from the back was all over the place acting like he was on something and he was very rude when we told him that what we were waiting on was in the back he said I know where it is and it's in the front he blew by us and kept going then came back because it wasn't there, we tried nicely to repeat ourselves saying your manager said it's in the back he almost hit us with his flat cart and ignored us. When the manager said you are still waiting you made it back we told him of our experience and he was just as rude we told him the guy was acting like he was tweaking and he acted like he was on something and he said don't you say that about him and raised his voice at us. Mind you this is the manager Brian spice is what he said his name was all I know is this guy should not be managing anything except maybe his anger worst experience ever we will never go back to Jackson tractor supply!!!!!! And I am contacting corporate there are people that would love to have that position he's in and would treat people a lot better sorry but I don't come to spend over 600 dollars at a time to be treated disrespectfully!!!!!!

I purchased some cat litter and cat food online that was to be picked up by someone else. I currently live in Texas and had some difficulty ordering what I needed online. After I purchased the items I received the email that my order was accepted and that I'd be notified when it was ready to be picked up. 30 minutes later I received an email that an item was canceled without any explanation. I called the store and was transferred to Doug. He was very friendly and explained that they were out of one of the items then comped me a similar item for my trouble. Thank you Doug for making my morning easier and taking care of me. Excellent customer service!

dropped in to pick up a wire brush about half hour before closing. I was told I had to wait (something to do with a cash register I guess) bad because I was paying cash. waited 10 minutes. Got in line again and waited while the slowest clerk in the world was ringing up a lady. seemed like he didn't understand the pricing and pay process, as he kept having to ask the one other employee for help. finally (20 mins in), I gave up. I set the brush down near the register and walked out. on the way out the slow clerk guy shouted. Is there something I can help you with sir lol.I said nope, not anymore.

Love this store! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are an excellent resource. Their stores are alway packed full of everything you need for animals big and small and for farm ad ranch supplies to warm gloves in the winter time. Western clothes and boots. They don't seem to be over priced and you get credits $$ back after spending certain amount. Lots of sales. Even the customers are nice and helpful too. If I lived closer to the store I would probably be in there everyday. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
