I needed to move some furniture and rented a U-Haul via their website. I've had a lot of problems with U-Haul in the past, but it's pretty much the only game in town for one-way moves. I was just keeping my fingers crossed that I would get what I need.The day before my reservation date, I received a call from a staff here. They said that they would have my equipment ready on the day AND time I requested. I was grateful, and somewhat surprised that they had exactly what I needed, which did not mirror my previous U-Haul episodes.When I picked up the equipment the next day, an almost brand new truck was waiting by the front door. The staff who attended to me was very professional and courteous. He saw my reservation and fulfilled it exactly. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need or request. The entire transaction took about 5 minutes, and I was out to door to pick up my furniture.I can't imagine a better experience renting equipment.

I rent Uhauls quite often.EVERY TIME I COME HERE I AM TREATED EXCELLENT!I live in Lodi but this is my go-to location in Stockton.My respect for other locations (Tam O Shanter knows what I'm talking about) has diminished greatly since I was charged almost $1000 more than I should have. However, I have always had straight forward, courteous, and hard working staff help me here. Let me emphasize the "strait forward" aspect because when it comes down to making more money off a person, people's morals tend to collapse, self-destruct, and burn others in the process leaving mental and even emotional scars behind.I try my very best live by the saying "Err on the side of caution." Especially when it comes to business. I know for a fact that this business takes that same approach and I go here whenever I can. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. The owner does everything he can to lower rates, provide trucks, and stay after business hours to make sure your taken care of. He has for me.Thank you very much.

Came in today and picked up a 24ft uhaul for 39.99 they charge .99cents a mile.. pretty good service.. lol I thought it was funny that it's a smoke shop and they have uhauls and the place smells like they are cooking pizza when you walk in. .

Had not been in this store for quite some time. My Mod had broken so went in to grab a pack of smokes. I was pleasantly suprised to see they carried the mod I would have bought off ebay.. But for 15.00 dollars more I picked it up here. They carry a good selection of vape juice, but nothing over 6 on nic. Nice clean store. My biggest problem with this store was the service! I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the man behind the counter talked on his phone, looked at me, turned his back and continued to talk. After about 10 minutes of this back to me..a woman then entered and sat down behind another counter, looked at me then at her phone....at this point I would have left if my mod wasn't broken. After about 5 minutes the woman finally came to awareness.... And asked, "have you been helped?" And proceeds over to help me. I think she may have been a girlfriend, wife, or friend of the phone guy. 5 more minutes while she struggles to answer my questions..he finally wraps up his phone call and finished my sale. It was very rude customer service. I am going back today and I will see if this was just a fluke ( who knows maybe his call was more important than sales and customers) ...

came to the shop and bought 2 e liquids & maaaaaannnnnnnnnn their juice ... taste like expired never going there again smh

Went there today to buy some Vape juice asked for a certain type and milligram dosage they did not understand me right away within 15 seconds started cussing and being verbally abusive came around the counter put his arm around me,the guy that works there is very unprofessional they really need to be trained to deal with customer's.I asked several times for their business license so I can take a picture of it they refuse to show it to me I could not find it anywhere posted in their place of business I am going to put a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I advise everybody not to go to this place needs to be shut down honestly if they're running without a business license as I was told by them that they don't have one to show me No number to the manager anything I even asked when the manager would be there and they said never he never really comes
