Each and every one of the employees here are so friendly and helpful! Considering what shape the world is in today, I appreciate them even more for showing up to work every day, when they could likely be at home like others and possibly making more money on EDD!!!

I love this place!!Where else can you get such a large selection of Little Debbie goodies.They have a very large selection of drinks. There is a walk in fridge with tons of drinks. Aisles and aisles of goodies. Chips, Pop Tarts, Mexican donuts. Lunchables. This place has everything. They have great prices on gas. Great staff. My only complaint is that they have terrible coffee.

So here I am, cars battery down. Alone. Cold. Scared. Pouring rain outside. Who is there to save me? It's ya boys, Caine and Phillip. Did I spell their names wrong? Possibly. Did they save my butt? Definitely. Philip got my car started back up as Caine watched the front and it saved my booty and I got home same and sound. From here on out I'll be getting gas here. Again. Philip and Caine have your back. They're good people.

Too bad this isn't the cool one with the UFO crashed into the convince store like the one in Lathrop, CA. Anyway... this is literally right around the corner from my house and is a nice store to go pick up a drink or some snacks. It's really clean and brightly lit for a convenient store. They sell everything from knock-off snuggies, sarongs to ice cream and wine. As usual, they're pretty high priced compared to a grocery store but that's a given.

As one other reviewer mentioned, I also miss the life-sized elephant! It used to scare the crap out of my youngest son!This place has changed a lot since it became Power Market (a secret subsidiary of Chevron.). Don't be fooled by the prices folks, you're getting Chevron-quality gasoline for twenty cents less per gallon here!Some of the staff need a lot more training, though. Last week I was there, I got charged $0.99 more than what the sales tag said for ice cream, and the ice cream was a month past its Sell By date.Today, I was helped by a tall blond guy also named Rick who was absolutely hilarious! He was quick on the register and with the punchlines. Really made the shopping experience more rewarding for me!The always lukewarm coffee is horrible! Thankfully they serve cinnamon bun cappuccino and iced coffee now. Very good stuff!There's no hot dogs or other already hot food, and even though they got nacho cheese dispensers, you have to microwave the chips yourself if you want them warmed up. There also weren't any napkins in the two napkin dispensers. There's two public bathrooms and they are usually kept clean.I like this store! There's a lot of room for improvement and I miss the way it used to be, but onward and upward!

came across tower 2 decades ago and it was just a dirt station. now Tower is a mega gas station covering almost a quarter block selling snacks, sodas, cigs, alcohol, gas, diesel, and all kinds of convenience stuff. this place was rad until all those places on lone tree and balfour rd opened up. this station is also at the gateway to discovery bay.gas drips:-large lanes, competitive prices-food, drinks(soft & hard). snacks-room to park at edge of station to rest....-easy on & off to highway;

I've been going here for a long time and I like most of the employees over the years. I especially liked Tina, who currently works there...until today. She was VERY rude to my husband when he wanted to pay with a $50. She said she had no change for it. This isn't the first time he's gotten this response, even though I've paid with a $50 bill quite a few times. She was unapologetic and he suggested he might find another place to spend his money that has change. She suggested he do just that. Wtf!?Won't be spending another dime there!

If I could give zero I would. Their system hacks your card/bank info. Used my card here on Saturday 2/18. Didn't use it anywhere after for the rest of weekend. Look at my bank today to make sure got my paycheck and there is a change for over $300 done in Florida. What a joke! I wouldn't go here and if you need to... use cash. Save yourself the headache!

Worst customer service I've ever had... they refuse to give you your change?!?! Nothing but excuses about change shortages... but the cash register is full of change. Absolutely unacceptable

I have been going to this place for a week now which I know is not much time but I have been stopping your every morning on the way to drop my husband off at work. I stop here anytime between 540 and 6 o'clock. I understand it is quite early for some people and they might either be just starting and not morning people or worked all night and are ready to go home. But it doesn't seem to have a single person there who is polite. The lady this morning that I had encountered was an older Caucasian lady and I was trying to buy ice coffee and I had my own coffee mug. So I had asked her where the 24 ounce cups are. She had responded that it only comes in two sizes 16 ounces and 20 ounces. I acknowledged her and told her that I've been in front of me on the board said 16 and 24. She once again repeated her statement like the fact if she repeated it made it any more true. For the sake of not causing an argument with someone who obviously cannot read I just asked her how much she would charge me for my cup which is the 30 ounce. And when I have use their facilities after being a paying customer the lid on the toilet moved and made a loud noise... then an African lady who looks like she might be security because she sits behind a desk, asks me if I broke the toilet?! I was insulted! No I just sat too far back and the lid wasn't on correctly. Her not believing my story went right into the restroom to doublecheck.I have been in customer service for five years someone needs to teach these people some customer service skills because they are definitely lacking it. They make me feel uncomfortable and lock simple social skills. I will not be coming back!! I hope someone of importance sees this.
