I highly recommend Toole's in Valley Springs. They are kind, trustworthy, knowledgable, experienced, efficient, and have excellent communication. They really make their customers' concerns their priority! I have an old car with many issues and the team at Toole's really cares, and has saved the day on more than one occasion. Michael at the counter truly goes the extra mile to thoroughly listen. He takes the time to understand and address each of my car issues, as well as my priorities including cost, safety, and longevity. He investigates, talks to the team, price checks parts, and without pressure gives me the recommended action-plan options based on a balances of each of my priorities. A trusted advisor. Francisco, Beau, Ray and everyone that is part of this power team all go above and beyond taking special time and care to do an incredible job! They are a wealth of both expertise and friendliness. I know I'm in good hands trusting my car and my wallet with Tooles.

My name is Robert, we just picked up our 2015 Kia Optima and we cannot express our feelings with the job they did. My wife and I are extremely very satisfied with the work they did. They replaced the motor since our original motor went out on us. My family member referred us to Toole's Garage and we are very grateful they were refer us, because the did a tremendous job on our vehicle. So excited we have a brand new vehicle with a re-manufacture motor, and its running like a champ. Thank you Toole's Garage. If you are thinking of having work done I would not recommend this place. Over priced , & sneaky. They pulled my tail light relays and then sent me a $170 bill to diagnose and replace bulbs. Little did they know that I worked on my own vehicles & know my stuff. Tail lights were fine before I went in , & all of a sudden my fuse is completely missing. I would give them a 1 star but I must say there customer service is good and overall shop is neat & professional looking but they are not as trustworthy as you would think. Just for the FYI be mindful and careful with this place.

Appointment only service station, they do not take walk-ins. Francisco has a piss poor attitude and they are very overpriced. I had to ask more than 3x for the price of brakes then finally went into the station to get a quote and was told they only take appointments, all I needed was a quote. They are an over-priced auto-service station charging over $600. for brakes with Francisco saying they were in line if not lower than other area stations which is a bald-faced lie. As they are the most expensive service station in the county. From their negative attitudes to their incorrect information to their refusal to give me a quote on the phone. terrible customer service to say the least. Every auto station within 30 miles is less expensive than this station so beware and check your prices beforehand.

Again another great experience at Tooles Garage. Had to have rear shocks replace on our SIV. Kate gave us our quote which was every completive with other garages. The big difference was the parts Tooles Garage where going to use. Since my SUV is a Ford they where replacing shocks with ford products. Other shops where not! Tooles has become are go to Garage for all our cars needs. And addition of Kate being there its a plus. She's very good at helping explaining things. Thanks again Tooles Garage!!!

They LOVE to Work!They race to get dirty! They had my job done ... not kidding...with LOVE and a smile! ( i'm sure, just to get mine out of the Shop, before it kicks the bucket!)

I just had my 1986 Ford Van serviced at Toole's Garage and, while they were a bit pricey for me, there's no doubt you get what you pay for. They were honest, communicative, and prompt. Francisco, contrary to other stated opinion, was helpful and direct. Kate was excellent and the mechanic who actually worked my van came out and spoke to me about his findings. It was the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Would I return for further service? Yes, for sure.GB
