Toole's is the absolute best location to trust with your precious vehicles. I've taken all of my cars there for repairs and service and will forever do so. They have a great, honest and loyal family feel. Everyone is pleasant and I do mean everyone. I've never had a negative encounter with anyone there. They will go out of their way to ensure they have provided you with the absolute best eat service. Please do yourselves a favor and take your vehicles to Toole's when necessary.

Do not go here, they charge $200 an hour and miss diagnosis your vehicle. I went in to have my serpentine belt replaced on my BMW X5. They lied and said both belts were broken when in fact, only the serpentine belt was broken. Quoted me $520 to do the belts when it should be a one hour job Also stating that my AC compressor was seized, which in fact it was not, the belt involved with it was still fully intact. The belt needed to be replaced and the tensioner pulley's which is an average job for the vehicle and could've been done within an hours time. I feel they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a female and drive a BMW I highly do not recommend the shop for anyone.

Honestly wish I could give them a better review but they got 3 instead of 4 or 5 because of one major reason and a smaller reason. The major reason was just timing, we waited around 3 hours for two oil changes.They told me they could accommodate two oil changes and we arrived around lunch time to drop off the cars. We had two cars and the plan was to wait for 1 of them to be finished, drive that one home, and then we can pick up the other car whenever. They said it would take around 45 minutes to do one car, so we drove in, walked to grab lunch at the taco truck down the street, went on a walk, and came back to our cars not even taken into the back haha If they were super busy, we could have done another day or just did one car at a time but they said it was ok. When I asked for a status update, they kept telling me it would happen next or soon and like 2-3 hours later, we FINALLY got ONE car. We picked up the second car and they kindly stayed a little late for us to swoop the car.My bf and I work remotely and so we were stuck there, working from our phones, when we thought our hour long lunch break could have been good. We were flexible to other scheduling but was assured it would be fine and I guess a combo of mis-scheduling and maybe just short labor? just made us stuck there. We considered taking an Uber back but wasn't sure if that made sense if our car was supposedly coming out soon or be done next. The smaller reason for the lower review was I felt like the price was a little high. We paid around $75 each for the oil changes, so about $140-150 total. I had not gotten an oil change for a while, candidly I just got the car recently, so I was a little surprised the price was that but maybe I've been mislead by those cheap advertisements for $30 oil changes. I would prefer quality over pricing so it's ok as long as my car is good. I appreciated that I got updates they reported our oil changes to Carfax? I don't plan on selling my car but that was something no other mechanic situation has done for me and I frequently used Firestone for a previous car

fabulous service I took my 56 f100 ford there for ac repair and add cruise control. they did it all even with no wiring diagrams and no records of how my truck was restored the technicians are the best. Doc and Alex and the rest kept me informed with calls texts and emails. they kept my truck inside out of the elements safe and sound. I give my highest recommendation for using Tooles garage bring your cars here folks !!!!!!!! they are the best

Took my car there for a smog diagnostic that was overpriced and drove away with a vehicle that is undrivable the next day engine light started blinking. They 100% messed something up and offered to fix it but I don't trust them.

This garage is 5 plus stars! They keep you informed you informed via calls/texts/emails - whatever your preference. They provide pictures and videos of what is going on with your car/repair. They explained everything in terms I could understand. My car (Volvo) was repaired in the time frame promised and it is running again!! All the guys at Toole's were very friendly, easy to talk to, helpful. I hope I do not I have to return any time soon (nobody wants a car repair!), but if my car needs work, I am headed to Toole's to repair my ride!

First of all, I would like to mention the customer service. was excellent. Thank you Jess. I was having issues with my car, not wanting to start sometime. I was kept informed. Also responded too quickly very happy with the work and I finally found an awesome auto repair shop. I'm one happy customer . Definitely recommend Toole's garage.

I highly recommend this shop. They installed a second brake in my vehicle for my driving school, did a very professional job. Everyone was super friendly. I have other cars that need brakes, I definitely will be back to have them install it.

This is the ONLY shop I will bring our cars to from now on. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and thorough. The inspection is very detailed, they are upfront about all issues, and their prices are affordable. They also have a shuttle to take you home if you do not have a ride. We are so thankful we discovered this shop. Take your vehicle here if you want it serviced correctly the first time.
