Tony's Place

Came in on a Sunday afternoon from Elk Grove after being stuck in the house on a stormy Saturday. We walked through the bar and had our choice of any seat in the restaurant. The walls were adorned with old school pictures from the 50s of baseball memorabilia of Wrigley Park and other Sacramento landmarks. There were plenty of Mooseheads as well We were greeted by a super friendly male server who gave us recommendations on our entrees. He did advise us they are a cash only establishment. The bank nearby had a working ATM machine which we utilized. We decided on the bacon cheeseburger & the turkey BLT with a side salad , fries and onion rings. We ordered a bloody Mary & Irish coffee . Let's just say we drank every drop of our strong perfectly crafted drinks & every bite of our delicious food. The onion rings are to die for! We will definitely be back for drinks and some more delicious food !

I've been wanting to try this place so I finally took my daughter there Memorial Day 2023. Open the front door, walk through the bar and you're in the charming little restaurant. We sat at a table in a little nook because it felt cozy there. The waitress took our order with a smile. She was friendly and helpful, obviously been a waitress for a long time. Our Philly cheese steak sandwiches with au jou on the side were delicious. We're so glad to have finally tried Tony's. We'll be back with more friends next time.

We were visiting few friends in Isleton, we decided to get dinner at Tony's. Eight of us arrived at 5:30 with a reservation. The place quickly filled up so the service was slow, but we saw that the waitresses were running around as fast as they could and the cook was busy. Food was comfort food. Lots of steaks, potatoes and chicken parmesan. I ordered their New York Steak Salad with blue cheese dressing on the side.I got it medium and it was perfect! We also got fries, calamari and onion rings for appetizers. All great!They had a full bar, so few of us enjoyed beers and Lemon drop martinis.

Awesome place. We went to pizza around the corner and came here. Our bartender Zack was outstanding! He recommended drinks and told us about the bar. We should have tried the food because the menu looked awesome. You have to visit this place!

Amazing atmosphere, the food was delicious and the service was top notch! Everyone that works there is so kind, we had an excellent evening out at Tony's Place, will most definitely go back soon!

My girlfriend and I have been to Tony's from time to time, recently when we went to have a bite to eat, the place was looking so run down and dirty. From all the dust and flys on the walls, to the dirty silverware and nasty foggy glass cups, this place just wasn't the same. On top of that terrible experience, our waitress seemed to always just be hanging out at the bar throwing back shots more than she was serving any cocktails to the patrons. This place just sucks now and we won't return

Great food from Shirley and fun ambience! Sorry to see her retiring, willl be going again this weekend for her Went back lately food has suffered. All food has dimished in size. And not the same. Can someone explain if the new owner is cutting back on the food portions or is it the new cook?

The waitress was rude . Lacked people skills. i've never been to a restaurant where you can't order your drink at the bar and take it to your table to be seated. The food was good. We ordered the New York steak.

Maybe it was off, but the lunch was meh. The steak sandwich was partially grizzle. Ordered the beer battered fries, but not sure if that's what I got. Service was good and it was clean. I'll try for dinner some time and see if it's better then.

Sadly enough new owners come in and start changing everything Tony's will never be the same
