Haven't been to new location, but i used to go to the old one for several years. Tony is an awesome instructor who helps you build great skills & technique at your own pace. He also teaches self-defense moves that everyone should know. Only have good things to say about Mr Nunez, he is very dedicated, hard working and he cares about his students. I definitely recommend him as an instructor.

I have not been to this location yet so this review is just for Tony. Tony is an awesome instructor. I first met him when he had his downtown Lodi location and I'm so glad I walked in! He creates such a comfortable workout atmosphere for women and I was finally able to reach and maintain my goal weight while training here. Not to mention, I got to learn some great self defense tactics. Stopped going because I went away to college but now that I'm back in town, can't wait to sign up again.

I've only visited this particular school and observed the training and its great. The students are learning quickly how to defend themselves while having a great time and burning calories at a cyclic rate. I've personally attended other of Tony Nunez' schools from northern California and the training I received is unmatched. I know for a fact that Tony has trained with plenty of MMA fighters, he has sent a few to professional rings. One in particular I recall is Catharine Linderman, whom became a phenomenal fighter. I only do know that Tony Nunez was a golden globe champion in the 80's.

This place is great. Tony is very knowledgeable in multiple fighting styles. No matter how busy the class Tony does individualized instruction so you are always training and working at your own level. I like that I feel like I got a good workout in but I'm not so sore the next day that I can't move. I've been going regularly for about 10 months.

Great place to work out! Tony is very knowledgeable. I go to the Women Kickin' It program and it really gives me a work out and helps me learn self-defense. The other half of the business is an actual gym with great work out equipment: ellipticals, treadmills, weights, etc. I've watched the other programs that Tony offers and they are great! There's even a program that's similar to crossfit. It's a place where people can feel comfortable to go to work out and gain knowledge about MMA and self-defense.
