Toddler side, she can roam all by her lonesome

Always on the hunt for the new parks and this one didn't disappoint. Warning: the address may not come up on your google maps because it's a new development but it's right across the street from the almost completed Living Spaces Furniture store in Manteca. Easiest way to put it. But this park has a lot of grassy area, a back stop with fence to hit baseball/softballs, a mini tennis court, and horse shoe toss thing. What I love about this park is the non bark/sandy area! So easy to take my 1 to and she can't put anything in her mouth because the ground is made of that rubber bouncy material. There's a toddler play area, and then a bigger kids one. Clean tables, with plenty of trash cans. There are no bathrooms the only negative. If you are in the area and have little ones definitely should get out and get some outdoor time here.
