Dr. Toni is amazing! Look no further!Dr. Toni Reynolds worked on our eleven year old dachshund, Inky's back in early July. Her combination of massage and manual manipulation allowed him to have a lot more movement. Treatment was very reasonable ($55) and done with the utmost care to ensure Inky was not traumatized and was always very comfortable. We drove Inky 75 miles one way because Dr. Toni is certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. She could not have been more accommodating; she gave us a Saturday morning appointment even though it was outside her normal business hours. We will definitely bring Inky back to Dr. Toni any time he needs an adjustment.

What a wonderful healthcare giver and class act professional. Dr. Toni has helped get me stay on track and never miss a day of work for many years. She has the newest technologies including infrared and ultrasound magic wands. Doctor means teacher in Latin and she exemplifies this by being a great educator in addition to her health promoting treatments. They say laughter is the best medicine and her sense of humor always gets me laughing. By the end of every appointment I have a big smile on my face and a boatload of empowering knowledge in my head. Thanks Dr. Toni! You're truly the best.

While I was searching for a new chiropractor, I was given the name of Toni Reynolds and given a high recommendation for her, BUT...the actual interacting with her had much to be desired. While most other chiropractors were willing to meet with me for a free "talk" consultation, in other words, willing to meet with me to discuss how they go about treating patients and the type of manipulative technique they use, THIS ONE was not. She told me that she would charge me at least $20 just to sit in her office chair and talk to her. INCREDIBLE!! I pointed out to her that everyone else I had spoken to was willing to meet with me for free just to go over how they go about offering chiropractic care, but she had this haughty and arrogant attitude that she did not feel like devaluing her professionalism by doing free initial meetings; and that she felt any time spent with her warranted charging the client.Well, her 'professionalism' cost her a potentially valuable customer as I do believe in chiropractic care and once I find the right chiropractor, I visit regularly. My suggestion - find a chiropractor that isn't so full of him/herself and is more patient-centric.***** Edited rebuttal to Dr. Reynolds' comment dated 4/26/12 *****Dr. Reynolds, I see you got 'nabbed' by the Yelp police for trying to pad your overall review score by asking patients and/or employees to come here and give blanketed 5-star reviews to you. A whopping 13 reviews have been filtered from immediate public review and not added to your overall score. It would seem that Yelp is on to you. I sure hope the free adjustment you promised these people to do this for you was worth it. Asking patients and/or employees to post contrived reviews to make you look good is very unprofessional; and you even admitted in a post, complaining about Yelp, how you mentioned your earned low-rating to your patients; undoubtedly in the hopes that they would go and 'ballot stuff' your box with 5-star reviews. As for me, thank you for your concern that I find a chiropractor to address my health needs. I did find such a man and I am extremely pleased with him and his approach. Incidently, I told him about my experience with you and even he had to shake his head and told me that wasn't right. He didn't think a quick 15 minute visit to discuss care offerings was unreasonable. He even admitted that there are a plethora of chiropractors in the area and that the competition is fierce to draw in new patients that like the service being offered. Doctors who are down to earth that don't mind speaking the truth of the situation, I like. Ones that tell me that their time is more valuable than mine, I don't. May I suggest that you do more than hear potential patients, but listen to what they are trying to say.For those looking for a new chiropractor, raise the bar a little and expect more. A large number of chiropractors will offer to sit down with you, at no charge, to discuss their philosophy and approach to chiropractic care. I stand by my 1-star review as being accurate and authentic; and given the fact that Yelp has now blocked 13 reviews for Dr. Reynolds, I believe that speaks volumes. I primarily use Yelp as a way to help others avoid the unpleasant and bad experiences I have encountered as a consumer. Businesses and professionals that give me outstanding service benefit from doing so such as I often give word-of-mouth praise and referrals and thus increase their chances of having new clientele.

Toni is, by far, the most caring, concerned, trustworthy and empathetic doctor you will ever meet. Many doctors, and people for that matter, could learn a lot about compassion from her.She has been nothing short of a miracle worker for myself, my husband, and my dogs. So thank you Toni, for relieving our pain and always making me feel so comfortable and, frankly... loved!

After a bad experience with a chiropractor 30 some years ago, I opted for Pilate's, physical therapist myofascial release for lower back pain and misalignment caused by a diving accident in my teens. Strengthening my core and fascia treatment did help, but it wasn't until Dr. Toni's adjustment and laser treatment that my condition stabilized, and what a difference this has made! My great enjoyment in life is riding my horse who is quite sensitive to a rider's posture. Again, thanks to Dr. Toni's state-of-the-art chiropractic treatment, my horse and I are really enjoying our rides together.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Reynolds but I've got a really great story that will sum up the truth about her. My wife of 16 years had been seeing chiropractors for many years for a chronic back pain. Having known some incredible chiropractors in my life I had heard about Toni from several people of who's opinion I valued and had been seeing her a few times. Knowing how an effective chiropractic treatment can literally change you, I suggested that my wife start seeing Toni. Taking my always excellent advice (ha) she went to see Dr. Reynolds. After her first treatment she came home and said "I don't think I ever had a real chiropractor work on me before because that was the most amazing thing ever". She has since enjoyed fourteen years of excellent body health with only minimal adjustments necessary. All three of our children have been adjusted by Dr. Reynolds. Our son went to Dr. Reynolds immediately after being involved in a rear end collision and she was able to minimize the soft tissue damage so it didn't escalate to more serious pain. I have referred at least seven patients to her and they all have thanked me. As a business person Dr. Reynolds does an excellent job in preserving value of her services by first and foremost, providing amazing customer satisfaction and secondly by pricing her services accordingly. She's very good and very worth it. As a side note, all of my wife's previous Chiropractors provided free consultations and then proceeded allow her to suffer chronic pain while they more that recouped their "free consultation fee". If you want to be truly pain free Dr. Reynolds is who you need.

I can't count how many times Dr. Reynolds has relieved my back from pain. After my first consultation, years ago, Dr. Reynolds helped me to rehabilitate scoliosis- without ever needing a back brace or expensive surgeries! She has continued to keep my back pain-free for years even after being thrown off a horse and way too many car accidents. Despite moving out of the area (and having a chiropractor in the family) I continue to travel from the Bay Area to see Dr. Reynolds whenever I need back care. I simply won't waste anymore time with any other chiropractors!

I am surprised at any negative reviews regarding Dr. Reynolds. I was referred to her by my sister who has gone to her for about twelve years. I had neck and shoulder pain. I tried massage therapy before I tried Dr. Reynolds. Although I felt good after my massage, I found that the freedom of pain was short lived. She was never pushy. She listened to my concerns and fears. She has been nothing but caring. I did not have to sign up for several sessions before hand as other doctors told me. I am very confident sending other people to her. And guess what? I am not getting anything free from Dr. Reynolds for writing this. Thank you Dr. Reynolds is allI can say.
