Tom's Market

Only the locals would know about this market. You can't beat the price, Very affordable. All their sandwiches are under $10. It's not a fancy deli market like Safeway or etc.. A place to just grab and go. The ladies behind the counter are friendly and knew all of their repeated customers. My favorite is the egg sandwich on white bread. It was delicious!! You can customize what you want to your sandwich of choice.

Grew up with Tom's Market and it's sandwiches. I have been away from Stockton for over two decades and have always thought about Tom's Market and their sandwiches. I recently visited the City I grew up in and Tom's Market was the first place I went to. Got their Signature sandwich(Tom's Specialty), Boy it does not disappoint. The Best sandwich shop in Stockton!!! Highly recommend!!!

I only learned last week that Tom's was open again. I missed that place so much since they had closed down, but they're back and I'm happy to say that they're still awesome and make the best sandwiches you can find in Stockton!

You want a really good sandwich then come to Tom's Market on California st in Stockton, California. I've been here a few times in my life. It's my Mom's favorite sandwich spot. I came here earlier today to get her a Salami Sandwich for her to take to work. The sandwiches are pretty chubby, just look at my picture. It's a little market in the hood. But the Sandwiches are off the hook. I'm more partial to Vietnamese sandwiches, but I do like these types of sandwiches too. The sandwich I got today ran me $4.25 and I almost ate it in the car lol. But it was for my Mama. So if you're tired of the Subway's, Togo's and the Safeway deli sandwiches. You should give Tom's Market a try. Yes I'll be back when my Mom wants another sandwich from here. This is my go-to lunch spot! It's just a 3 minute walk from my job. They use the best bread from Genova Bakery and the sandwiches are fully loaded with meat, cheese and veggies! All the staff are friendly and cheerful! Definitely, consider trying it out! I'm there so often, they notice if it's been a couple days since I've dropped in.

I use to like the sandwiches here but it went downhill also the store is disgusting and old ,, if u want a good sandwich try Genova bakery

Oh how I miss toms market I love the egg salad sandwich it is so amazing. I now live in Oakland again and miss toms market I always want to take a trip to Stockton to have a sandwich or two. This place little hole in the wall sandwich shop is truly amazing

After being closed since 2019 Tom's Market re-opened under new ownership on May 7th. Some of the same employees who were there previously have returned. Tom Jr. and some of the ladies who made the sandwiches are back. Sandwiches are just as good as before. I am glad they are back again.
