I can't front, I see all the negative comments, but my experience in the last 2 days has been great. Came in for some fog lights, the salesman took his time, went outside twice to make measurements, sold me a solid product. Super cool dude. Unfortunately I found a different style I liked better online, my return process was fast and easy. I was expecting some sort of haggle but I got none. Maybe I just got lucky? Overall, great experience.

A very rare and valuable resource to the Sac region is now shit in my book because of a know it all parts worker named Dave who was supremely condescending and interruptive and ultimately "calmly" rude by abruptly ending my request for parts which he refused to even go look saying "I don't even want to go look bc you're not understanding me" as he tried to explain physics to an architect btw. He literally turned me away short of having me escorted out. Horrific customer experience that was so ridiculous I promise I was completely calm, humble and at the end close to begging him to go back to check on a part (size) availability. I'll come back if they fire his dumb ass

Didnt have a chance to get passed the cashier. Rode my motorcycle to the store to get headlight bulbs for my truck and check out there detailing supplies. When i walked in I was taking off my gloves and helmet and the cashier asked how i was doing. I replied good and tried to continue taking my safety gear off when the cashier said to me you can have your backpack in the store. I replied "why not"? She answered with it helps with theft. I laughed and told her i am not leaving my bag up here. I also said to her do you tell every female customer that they cant have there Purse or hand bag. She said no i dont just backpacks it our policy. By this time i was very angry and turned around and walked out. Not worth the time i guess i spent my money elsewhere.

I couldn't find locking plate screws anywhere, so someone recommended this place. They did not have the item I was looking for but I ended up finding some other stuff that I needed. I had no issues or troubles while in the store but the wierdest thing happened with my bank statement. The purchase was listed as a different company on the initial pending charge - for the same exact amount, and then changed on the statement. Just peculiar. BTW - They have windshield repair kits which - if used immediately, can save people the hassle of taking their car to insurance windsheild repair and having the rear view mirror make weird noises.

Horrible customer service! We bought about $700 worth of parts and my husband went back the very next day to return one part approx $150, which he HAD THE RECEIPT FOR and they refused based on the fact that the name on the account didn't match his ID. If that is their return policy, then why wouldn't they require to see an ID when a customer opens an account? His phone number is linked to the account, and the sales rep who sold him the parts was there and could confirm that sale! They were so rude to him, acting like it was a crime to return an item still in the box and with a receipt. To treat your customers like that is disgusting. They will never get our business again.

I ordered seat covers custom and they don't fit right. Now my back seat is loose. Drivers side didn't fit due to being made wrong. Material hanging from back seat from I don't know where. The worst experience EVER! Now I probably have to wait 2 weeks again before it can be possibly fixed. Can't even have people in my in seat now cause it's not safe.NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!BROKE MY SEAT AND SAID IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT AND I JUST BOUGHT IT FROM DEALRSHIP NEXT DOOR TO THEM 3 WEEKS AGO. NEVER GO THERE !

Don't waste your time..I love shopping localBut when most of the employees are pissed to be there and you make a purchase they ask you for your complete name number address but yet if you miss place a receipt the don't allow returns this is the 21st century people update your system or simple don't ask for personal information when shopping there !! And better yet you buy something with a DEBIT CARD keep the receipt and ask for a cash refund they tell you to drive back home 45 minutes each way and wait for new card ITS DEBIT debit is same as cash !!! The business gets paid instantly... moral of the day shop SUMMIR RACING customer service much better customer service without having to argue with someone about getting paid hour refund..

The customer service or parts department counterman was not helpful enough charged extra fees over the high price parts not just shipping but if you need to return item your not satisfied with you pay another feeto discourage you from returning a restocking fee and shipping fees. The place is messy poor lighting stuff all around not organized they need to re organize the first appearance is shabby. And train staff for better attitude on customer relations and carewould not shop there again no recommending to other friends or neighborsLet the buyer beware .

They definitely have lots of options when it comes to car needs which is great but the customer service representatives need to be trained on how to talk to people. They are rude and condescending when it comes to answering questions regarding parts. The workers fail to realize that they are in customer service and sales. You can't even get a simple response without an attitude.
