TLC was responsive & provided a quote within the hour. TLC catered a breakfast for a 100 people. Everything was delicious. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs & fruit, country potatoes and pastries. Super friendly staff that served at our event! Thank you TLC for making our event a success!

We hired this company for our wedding and I would highly reccomend. We did mexican food which was delicious and the staff was so so helpful. Constantly making sure my husband and I were taken care of .

This is a belated 5 star review for TLC catering for an event in March 2024. First of all, Dawn was very sympathetic because I needed to cater a celebration of life for my mom. I'd contacted at least 10 caterers for this event and the kind words really meant a lot, and I responded only to those who expressed this kind of aloha, to be honest. That said, she was so easy to work with. We did need to go back and forth with the menu as I had a budget in mind. She was so flexible and suggested great options and gave great info about portions. She was also really patient with my scatterbrained way of "planning." On the day of the event, the folks who set it all up did a great job, they put the food platters where they were needed and convenient for guests, which was basically all over the room. Oh, and the FOOD was great!!! We had a mix of meat and veggie options, just walk around kind of snacks and little brownies. We didn't get staff to man any stations, it was very informal. I had never catered an event in my life, and TLC just took all the worry away. They were fantastic! Thank you so much!!

One of my coworkers brought this catering company to our attention when she began working here a year ago replacing Hannibals. Oh SO much better! Here is what I like about them. They have a wonderful variety of foods. Everything I have tried has been quite tasty. Today we had the breakfast buffet for admin day. Prices are reasonable and comparable to others. They show up on time, set up, and pick up. I had to host one of the luncheons and was really impressed with the professionalism. I appreciated that he explained what everything was and most importantly how to snuff out the chafing pans correctly! I think I would have burned myself. We use them regularly at least twice a week every week and never had any problems. Everyone else that has eaten has been very pleased as well. Thanks TLC!

They catered my wedding. We chose the Hawaiian menu and it didn't disappoint! The meat was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious! The staff was super helpful!

TLC was a lifesaver! They provided delicious food that my guests loved, and made everything so easy! They set up the table beautifully and came back and cleaned up....will definitely use again.

I recently used TLC catering for my wedding in Grass Valley and can't recommend them enough! I spoke with Dawn beforehand and gave her an idea of what we were looking for from a caterer. She was friendly, flexible, and understanding with our needs, reassuring us she was the right choice. Her prices are more than honest and fair for the exceptional service she provides. Her staff is punctual and extremely polite. They provided great service to everyone throughout our wedding night. The food was fantastic as we opted for a custom pasta bar and was a major hit with our family and friends. We gave TLC staff an itinerary to follow throughout the night and they were on time with everything and even set out beautiful decorations on the tables which gave an extra pop to our appetizers and desserts. I will not use anyone else in the Sacramento area when it comes to catering events. She tailors her service to your individual wants and needs. Dawn and her staff exceeded all our expectations and can't thank her enough.
