I have bought three (3) sets of tires from this shop. I was completely satisfied with these first two (2) sets that I bought. However the third set of tires are absolutely horrible! I have tried to get these tires balanced four times, and nobody can balance these tires! Apparently there is a manufacturer defect in these piece of crap JK Tyres! I have tried to work with this shop to resolve my issue, however their only solution is for me to purchase a new set of tires and then send the JK Tyres back to the manufacturer to determine if they will warranty the tires. That is not an expense I am able to afford.

I purchased tires from here and 3 weeks later I got a flat in one of my new tires and they repaired/patch my tire, I tried to give money/tip and they refused! Great people/works!!

I got a flat tire on the road. Just search the nearest tire shop and find tires direct. Luckily, I drove in with the waiting, tell the guy I got a flat tire and he quickly responded to my concern right away. I waited for about an hour to get the flat tire fixed. Drove for about two months now and tires remains well.

Service is horrible. One of my tire was not put on correctly and 20 minutes later, 3/5 nuts broke off. He got upset that we brought our car back for them to fix the studs & basically said it wasn't their fault. He was cussing and giving attitude. Manager was unprofessional. Safety is not their number priority.

This review is for Robert at Tires Direct - service was amazing, quick, straight to the point, and all around professional. He knows his craft, and he knows it well. Went in not knowing what the issue was, engine light on, car not getting past first gear. He informed me of the options, and luckily he had it done in a few hours. True pros over here, don't miss out, give them a call before taking it somewhere else, if they can't fix it, the know someone who can!

This has become my favorite tire shop staff is really friendly and helpful and most of all really quick once you're in they get you out fast will definitely come back for all my tire needs!

Shabazz was very helpful and explained everything when I got my wheels aligned on my 2022 Hyundai Sonata. Price was spot on and I will definitely be coming back when I need another alignment or any other needs.

The service here is excellent. The prices are affordable. The people are very respectful and honest. They make you feel comfortable. And there's no BS. They fixed my suspension, changed my oil and lower control arms for a good price, and the work was done in a few hours. Awesome job.
