Tire & Wheel Zone is the best shop in Stockton area by far. I worked with Alex on a custom 1 of 1 replacement rim for my car. Alex kept me updated and went above and beyond to get this project done for me. Also, I grabbed some replacement tires for my MB. Great price but better customer service.

Had a great experience with purchasing wheels for my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport! Ran into their posting on Facebook and from the first time reaching out on messenger to calling for updates on the wheels, the employees were always very helpful and professional. Day of installation I was called to come in and took about 1 hour for install and was done! They do many different tire services like tire repair, new and used tire sales and much more!

Brought my own tires in to get installed . Workers broke my tmps sensor and still installed it . Came back the next day to get a new tmps put in and it only lasted 2 days and it fell off and now if bouncing around in my wheel . Went back and they tried to make me pay for them to fix my tmps sensor again . I ended up going somewhere else but this was my experience with them.

BEWARE it's the second time they trick me. Today I decided to try it for the second time and asked for specifically the same exact tires as I had Toyo proxes. they said they had the same for $650 I said ok if it's the same I'll take them. I waited over an hour and when I saw they installed the first tire I went to see that it was another off brand. Not what we had agreed. Then he said he told me something similar not same . Completely lies in my face again. Beware they don't mean what they say. And they charge differently as what was agreed as well. Try some other place where there is more honesty.

Called at 1pm on July 19th, 2021. Ad was posted 4 hours before I called. They said they could not honor the advertised prices due the rise in tire prices. Good thing I called before wasting my time going there.Classic BAIT and SWITCH tactics. Believe I will report this to the BBB.I'm certain the Better Business Bueru will investigate the illegal BAIT and SWITCH practices at this business.

I came in with a nail in my tire, didn't know there were more holes, so was recommended to get a better tire, not bad for $35, tire on and I'm happy. These guys gave me great customer service, would refer anyone to them, thanks guys.Regina A.

I contacted Jessy for a set of Ridler 606 he was able to locate me a stagger set for my 1962 Belair which is still under construction 20x10 rear 18x8 front.285/30/20 rear and 235/40/18 deal included mounting and balance,chrome valve stems,and lug nuts all for a good price.My son also bought a set of US Mag Rambler wheels from tire and wheel zone 20x9.5 rear and 18x8 fronts for the 1970 cutlass S.My son and I have had a good experience recently and would recommend this dealer.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would but I can't called in and asked for a specific size thought it was great they had it in stock but they continue to do the work with out my consent took of my tires and one of the lobby guy comes out and tells they don't have the tire in stock so I had to buy a whole new tire different size when I didn't need to this place is all shady especially the Indian people there very shady and don't set a specific price on the tires or in the stuff they suppose to specialize In. worst place hopefully they shut them down pathetic rats

I called before coming in and asked how much a used tire would be to get replaced and they said "$20 come in we'll take care of it." I came in for a simple tire fix while waiting inside the lobby the guys inside were just goofing around after waiting OVER 30 MINUTES i asked if my car was ready all for them to say they did not have a used tire and tried to sell me a new one for $200 !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS TIRE SHOP.

Jesse and his staff at Tire and Wheel Zone in Stockton set the bar for customer service. i had a tire blow. Southbound 99 near Elk Grove. While i waited for tow truck I shopped around. Even though there were shops closer. Jesse assured me on the price quote and immediate service. Even after the tow service overcharged me. Jesse and his crew worked with me to make sure i was back on the road within 1 hr of arrival. Even with a busy lobby he gave the attention and personal service that has earned my business. I give Jesse and his crew the highest recommendation for their service and customer appreciation. Awsome job customer for life. Thank you Jesse and crew!
