Went to get a couple new tires for my car. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I want people to know this a real review and unfortunately the stars system is screwed up these days. Great experience with man over the phone to give me an estimate before I came in. Knowledgeable, friendly, gave me a very competitive price. When I got there, the technician was friendly and professional. About halfway through his work, the tech called me over to let me know I had a cracked and bent rim and he recommended a couple good places I could go to have this either replaced or fixed. This is a good honest business with guys who care about helping the customer. Good business. Help support!

I've been going to the tire and will outlet for years and this place has the best value of tires . If you need a set of four you will not find any place that can beat their price on new tires!

Called ahead of time to check if they had a certain tire size available, had called 3-4 shops before this one and none had the size available 195/45/r15. Which truly isn't uncommon of a size but that's neither here nor there. Brought my wheel in and got the tire on there instantly after paying, the exact price he quoted me as well. No sort of wait or hassle and there was multiple people there with vehicles awaiting service but they were able to get my tire fixed up very swiftly.

We just got out rims and tires and are extremely happy with the work that was done. We were able to get what we wanted in just a couple hours as they went to grab them from their stock at another warehouse. Good pricing very satisfied.

Been coming to this place for years and today they loss me as a customer. I brought 4 brand new tires frm there couples months back and yesterday I found out that one of the tire have bubbles on the inside wall. So I took it in hoping that they'll cover it with a warranty, instead dude came out giving me all kind of bullshit saying that I hit a pot hole, curve, ran over some shit, my alinement is a little off and all kind of bullshit cause they don't want to give me a new tire. Stay away frm this place and go find yourself a tires shop that'll stand behind their warranty.

I came in to shop for a new set of wheels. Ernie and Jason helped me pick out the right size wheels that I wanted and did a phenomenal job making sure that the fit and offset was perfect. Definitely a gem to have this level of quality work and service. They have the largest selection of wheels in-stock by far. Thank you to the crew at Tire and Wheel Outlet. I'll be back for my next set of wheels.

In all honesty The work that was performed on my vehicle was fine. The problem was once they were done putting my rims on the car, I immediately noticed I did not like how they looked actually on the car.. I told the associate Jason I was disappointed and wanted to go back to my stock wheels they had just taken off. I did not ask for a refund even though I spent $700 bucks. I only wanted to have them put my stock wheels back on. He then tells me I had to pay additional money to do that. I felt like he should have remedied the situation entirely different to make good on me just spending $700 bucks and not liking the outcome. Especially when I even said I was gonna just buy another set of wheels from them and figure out how to sell the ones I just bought and didn't like. He was insisting that I paid him money to switch them back. This is not a good look if you want return customers and word of mouth referrals.

I buy tires here all the time. I bought some tires here in 2020 it came with a 50k warranty. I put on 30k miles and now the threads are uneven and making noise like a mud tire.. I called in to explain the situation and the rep said to come in. I go in and I explain the situation and the rude rep automatic deny the warranty.. I even told him why he would deny my warrant without even looking at the tires.. I ask him to go look at the tires he even hisitated.. he found the tread was all uneven on all four tires.. he blame my car is miss up blown shocks.. which it's not blown.. he insist its blow. I insist its not and ask if he is a mechanic.. I told him to give it to me short and not argue with me.. yes or no on the warranty.. he said.. no... just like when I walked in and talked about the sistuation.. how cheap are u?? Tire wheel outlet.. cheap tires... but if all goes wrong deny all warranty

It said online they are open on Sunday's but nobody is here right now!!! I drove 45 minutes to this disappointment.

Michael, Oscar and the crew were great! I bought four new tires for the car. Michael was straightforward, professional, outlined the selection and warranties, had them installed while he rang up the purchase. He pointed out something about the wear on the old tires which I should be aware of. I was; his input was welcome. Solid selection, great service, team and prices.
