Food was ok. Service was ok. The ambiance was pretty dead. Its sad that a lot of small businesses are not as lively as they use to be but I try to visit small businesses to show local support at least 2-3 times a month.

One of my favorite Mexican spots to eat in Stockton. I've been coming here for years. However, the portions are very small.. Especially, compared to most of the other Stockton Mexican spots. They give you a tiny scoop of rice and beans. By now, they should definitely be giving bigger portions. Then, I would give it a five. Hey Tia, it's time to buy a bigger scoop. Enjoy!!

This restaurant started out as my new favorite, and particularly because it's locally owned, and they had a really good taco salad. Upon the last few times visiting this restaurant, we noticed a rapid decline in their customer satisfaction efforts. We were not offered refills in a timely manner, and when we were finally offered refills, they never brought them. We waited an unreasonable length of time waiting to pay the bill as well, which is done at the counter. They had sufficient staff on hand, and a fairly empty dining room this specific night. We are always very nice and thankful for the service, and always compliment the food, and are unsure what has changed from the first few times we began eating there. Unfortunate, but will try again to see if things have changed.

Food and service really good! Love all the cheese they put on and in your food. Salsa is mild. (Some places you go it's so hot you can't eat it, I'm a light weight) Restaurant is always clean and can accommodate large parties.

This place is a staple. Their chile verde and huevos rancheros are so yummy. With reasonable prices and a plentiful helping of food, you'll come back for more. I like how they have online ordering through their website. It makes planning for dinner a breeze after work. When dining in, they provide you with a good amount of chips and salsa as well as refills. What I also like about Tio Pepe's is the fact they use local produce. This is a plus. Their family restaurant has been in business for years. Check them out!

We've been coming here for 30years plus. Service is always great. Food is constant. This time I wish my taco shell was a little bit more crispy. But definitely our family's go to. Great place for lunch especially if your work downtown. Food is prepared & served in a timely manner.

I ordered a chile verde dinner and this is what i received. Im not sure how you serve a dish that is cooked in sauce without any of the actual sauce making it onto the plate, am currently on my way to the store for chile verde sauce. Dissapointed as I have loved my food from Tio's the countless times I've ordered or dined in.

Me and my boyfriend came right as they opened and immediately were greeted, seated, and given chips + salsa + drinks. The restaurant was very clean and the ambiance was just right for a calm quiet meal. The food was absolutely amazing and the portions weren't dinky at all. Love this place!!!
