Searched yelp for a bounce house rental and found TinyTanks Jumpers. They by far had the best reviews out of all the local rental companies in my area. TinyTanks has a website that makes renting super convenient. The website allowed me to see the different bounce houses and available themes. Pricing and availability was also available on the website. I was able to book the bounce house and theme I wanted for a specific date without having to contact anyone. After booking online, I received a text message from Louis confirming he received my booking. Two days before the birthday, Louis texted me again confirming the date, times and price. On the day of the party, Louis called me to confirm he would be on the way shortly. He arrived on time and set everything up. The bounce house looked nice and clean. At the conclusion of the party, Louis arrived on time to break everything down and clean up. My experience was a very positive one. I will say they are not the cheapest prices you will find. So, if you're looking for cheap, you should look elsewhere. However, if you want quality, customer service and promptness, it's worth paying a little more for it.

I needed a jumper last minute for my daughter's birthday, and I messaged Louis the day before. He quickly called me and I was able to book one right away. He was kind and professional and I will definitely be keeping them in mind the next time I decide to book anymore in the future!

Luis was fantastic to work with last year! The website was comprehensive, and I received a quick response. He was very helpful with extremely competitive pricing for or church's 2-day festival. We will be going with TinyTanks again his year.

I paid online with ATM card.i had an option to pay in full or deposit. I chose deposit. After everything was picked up I couldn't use my card.i had to run down to bank.bad business. The jumpy house was perfect though.

Timely, affordable, safe and clean. I was very happy renting a wet bounce house slide from TinyTanks Jumpers. My last experiance with a previous company was awful. I was so relieved when Tinytanks showed up on time. Installed a safe bouce slide with a pad. I could see that the unit was very clean. Pick up was also on time. Price was affordable too. Great easy experience. I highly recommend.

I have been using Tiny Tanks Jumpers since 2011. Their website has been extremely easy and convenient to use. Also, they are always prompt and on time when delivering their jumpers which I sincerely appreciate. Their jumpers are always in amazing condition as well. We ordered their obstacle course bounce house recently- the children had an amazing time and we had many compliments from the parents. Thanks again to this business!

Our Church had an event for the children for a closing ceremony. Being a non profit organization it was tedious to find someone who had the proper requirements ! Louis was incredibly friendly, and extremely kind. Our first phone call I was inquiring about the business and if they had what we were looking for, they did and he ended the conversation with "thank you so much! You're awesome!". He made me feel good to do business with him! Which shows he values his interactions with his customers. We rented 2 bounces houses, the Sports Bounce house and a pink castle. They were super clean and they came prepared with their equipment.2 single slides 15ft water slides, extremely clean! They came with these dials where you could control the water pressure spewing out for each slide without having to walk back and forth to the main water spigot. As well as padding for where the kids would land at the bottom. Extremely punctual! Communicative ! Friendly! Our church plans to make them a faithful provider for our future events! Louis is THE MAN!

The staff is super friendly and they are quick to respond back to you and the prices are reasonable, would definitely recommend
