Tillys

I love Tillys!! The last couple times I've been the employees are super helpful & nice .Tillys had some pretty good deals on their basic shirts. I love Tillys clothes. They also have a great selection of backpacks. I just bought my daughters backpack there.

Ok I bought a Pair of Adidas shoes that had a known flaw in the lace up and they would not exchange them so im out $85 dollars for shoes i wore 5 times and the lace part broke. I will never buy anything here agai. Nor will my 3 Daughters. You lost my business . Dont buy anything for this place. They admit Adidas flaw but will not take care of therw customers.

Store closes at 9:00pm. I came at 8:52pm just for a price check. It'd only take a sec, but an employee stopped me & said they're closed. I asked for the corporate's # he refused to provide it to me! Rudest employee's ever. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely hands down one of the worst stores in the mall. The customer service is beyond horrible. This place is filled with young people that hate their jobs and do not want to be here. There is no room to walk or stroll through the aisles. We have 3 girls ages 15, 11 and 7 and a baby. How the hell am I supposed to do any shopping in here when I can't even get into the store? I'm convinced there has to be a law against packing the stores so tight that one couldn't enter with a stroller and/or wheel chair.We normally avoid this place and instead shop in Pac Sun. Unfortunately we had to exchange a gift for my daughter and made the mistake of going in. We exchanged 2 shirts for the exact same thing, but smaller in size. Because this was a gift, there was no receipt. You would have thought that I was trying to bring back expensive merchandise for cash the way I was treated. I'll save my Tillys shopping for the larger and more friendlier Pleasanton location!

Apparently, I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a gift card here for my nephew for Christmas. He tried to make a purchase there today and magically there is no money on the gift card. The staff guessed that I, a 35 year old mom of a toddler must have used it, and then meanly gifted it to my nephew afterwards I suppose. Brilliant! Ah, but the saga doesn't end there. My nephew has to fetch the receipt from me and take it back to the store while they "deal with corporate" to make this right. Who knows how this will end. What a crock of crap. Never shopping here again!

Great place to shop very friendly and helpful. I called for a backpack they had it put it on hold for me and when i got there they had 2 we compare both since they were close to the same price. They took the time to help me and had a great attitude. A+

Love this store. Don't know what everyone on here is complaining about. Helpful and nice staff, good selection of clothing, and good location. I never not find what I need when I come in here. A lot better than the Turlock location for sure.

This store is terrible. The managers racially profile customers and refuse to help people. I have literally witnessed the associates LAUGH in a customers face because of a simple misunderstanding. Tillys needs a wake up call. They suck.
