Tilden Merry Go Round

Great little spot for kid's birthday gathering. What kid doesn't love merry go a round!? Plenty of free parking.

This place is a gem. A wonderfully restored merry go round--a treasure from another era. It exists today as a labor of love. We went with our 3 year old grandson, and a good time was had by all.The employees were very competent, nice and helpful. The merry go round conductors could not have been nicer or more helpful with our novice and somewhat hesitant three year old.The cafe was also wonderful--the hot dogs (grilled and served in a browned bun) and waffle fries rock, and the Fenton's ice cream milk shake was delicious. The merry go round is old school, but the cafe is not your mom and dad's snack bar.Check it out! The Tilden Park Merry Go Round deserves our support and love.
