Usha Lama booked a trip to Nepal and a trip to Bhutan and Thailand for me. Smooth sailing the entire way. I recommend it!

Just got back from our dream trip to Tibet,Nepal, and Bhutan. Booked our tour through Third Eye Travel. Had an amazing time. We visited incredibly beautiful places! Loved all our guides who took great care of us! They were all very knowledgeable about the history of the places we visited. They were attentive to our needs and took great care of us when we had altitude sickness. Our travel agent Arun did an incredible job setting everything y up! We are deeply greateful and will definitely book trips with them again.

Third Eye Travel changed my life (for the better!). In 2010, they planned a month-long trip from the United States for me that included visits to Thailand, Nepal, Lebanon, and Egypt (all for a reasonable price). And get this -- I met the woman who is now my wife on the trip (in Egypt). We have now been married 6 years and have 2 kids. Amazing! And it's all thanks to Third Eye Travel...

I have used Third Eye Travel for all my and my family travel needs to India. Usha has been very professional and responsive. Usha also makes sure to give you multiple options and tries her level best to get you the best deal. After the ticket was purchased Usha made sure that she included a request for a special meal for me and family being that we are Vegetarians. I look forward to working with Usha in the future.

I traveled to Bhutan booked through 3rd eye travel. One if the only gateways into Bhutan was through India specifically Delhi. The layover in Delhi was 12 hours each way. Our party specifically inquired as to whether we needed transfer visas for the Delhi airport it turns out we really needed them. Third eye travel said they were unnecessary. Due to a lack of a transport visa we were stuck in the transit area where the agents in Delhi demanded 15 dollars per piece of luggage basically a bribe. If you did not pay then they held you in this no mans land. We spent a total of 20 hours in this transport area. This could have been avoided we gotten better advice.

THT was used as an intermediary when my university was booking a study abroad trip. I knew when booking through a third party that there was gonna be an up charge for tickets and I was okay with that. Later found out was charged nearly double the going rates for tickets on the exact same flight through the exact same airlines. THT Booked NONREFUNDABLE tickets for twice the price of what a refundable ticket on the same flight cost. Which did not include any transportation to the airport or from the airport. Only for the flight. When confronted Ms Lama, stated the tickets were nonrefundable and said their would be a cancelation fee, funny enough with the $250 cancellation fee and her $100 service fee, if I canceled and rebooked I still would've saved over $100. Furthermore Ms.Lama spelled multiple students names wrong on the initial reservation and had to be fixed and checked. She made reservations and called and texted multiple students demanding credit card payments that day or we would lose the reservation. Overall part of the blame is on me for not doing my diligence and looking at tickets myself, part of the blame on the university for going through such a shady business. - upon further conference with other people who went on different study abroad trips shared similar experience when dealing with THT and Ms.Lama. Nonetheless would never recommend this business whether if it's a trip to Bhutan or a Uber to the closet bar. Hundreds of better options when looking for travel agency's.

Sonam Chuki booked a trip for my daughter from SFO to Nepal. So much has changed since her last trip there in 2017 that we didn't know about: flights, airport facilities; visas, etc. Sonam graciously walked us through each step of the way. Did I mention at a great fare, too?!? I highly recommend this business for all your travel needs.

We had a great trip. We all really enjoyed our visit to India and found the people so warm and hospitable. My favorite place was Jaipur! We have many, many good memories!!! The guides (PV, and Luv), our bus driver (Kailass), and the office staff (Kamal) at Chariot India were exceptional!! They were very accommodating, informative, attentive, and so friendly. Also, they were very punctual. We always felt happy and safe and very well taken care of! The extra service that my husband really appreciated was the bus driver taking our luggage for us when were traveling by train and airplane. It was so terrific to not carry those big suitcases to the train station and the airport. Arun, thank you for assisting us in preparing for this trip. You were very prompt in responding to us and our itinerary was good.

Arun and Usha both made sure our trip lived up to all that we had hoped for. The itinerary and the logistics of the trip was well thought out and they made sure all our special asks, like room arrangements, special travel needs, food restrictions, etc were tended to.
