The Wing Truck

We tried The Wing Truck in October 2024 at the Ripon Taphouse. What an absolute treat! We were first in line and ordered promptly. Very friendly staff!I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo with Cajun fries. I ordered the Buffalo and Spicy BBQ flavors. It also came with a canned soda. The Buffalo was great and just the right amount of tang. The Spicy BBQ was good but I'll probably order something different next time. The Cajun fries were amazing but sooooooo spicy. Loved the entire meal.My wife ordered lemon pepper and bbq boneless wings with regular fries. She says the entire meal was amazing. BBQ was tangy and flavorful and the lemon pepper had great flavor too. All in all, this food truck is absolutely incredible and had great service too. The decor on the truck is really well done and eye catching as well! Highly recommend!

Wings tasted freezer burned unfortunately. I want to support local, so it was a bummer.

WOWWWWW!!! Just freaking crazy how good they are! Definitely recommend. The works is the best thing on the menu! At a great value as well. Truly impressed. Great job yall!!

Used to love going to Gustys when they still had a spot on the mile, but I'm so glad they've returned and as a food truck! Tastes the same as I remember. A go-to for wings, Forsure! If you haven't tried them, you're missing out. You can call ahead to pick up and skip the lines as well. Workers are nice, and service is usually pretty fast considering. I always get lemon pepper & cheesy garlic wings. Also spicy Cajun fries are my favorite!

Always the best wing spot in Stockton!!! Don't just buy wings buy the whole combo you won't be disappointed. All style fries be tasting so good!! Traditional all the way!!

Been loving this place since it was still on pacific ave (gusty's wings) The wings are and the fries I always get Cajun and cheesy garlic and they are out of this world!

The food is good! The service is great! The ambiance is great. The people serving and making the food are friendly and helpful. They put good music on hile waiting for your food.

The wing flavors are terrific but the greasiness of the wings makes your stomach regret the decision. I had their wings at Last Call in Oakdale. They need to change their frying oil more often before I will eat there again.

The wings were really great, would definitely eat here again. The woman taking our order was nice and patient. But the chef was in a bad mood and you could really tell he seemed annoyed, he was short with the woman helping us and not friendly. I understand everyone has a bad day but it still affects the ambiance. He still did a really great job on the wings!
